Everyone here is usually pretty friendly and efficient. It’s annoying that you can’t reward them with a tip unless you have cash on you. I mean we are living in the days of tech. And you can’t add a tip through paying with the app or using your debit card.

There's a little Starbucks inside the Fred Meyers. It's located on the left side right when you enter the grocery side doors.They have amazing drinks and a selection of food potions too select from.You can enjoy your drink or snack as you walk throughout the store. or if you're heading out, why not grab some to eat and drink on your way home.Service was good and the atmosphere was great.Vegetarian options: Coffee is vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: You can make sense what you put in your coffee it's all to you.Parking: There's lots of parking at the Fred Meyers parking lot.Kid-friendliness: There are lots of little snacks for you to get your kids.Wheelchair accessibility: It's located inside the FredMyers, so there is Wheelchair accessibility because FredMyers has Wheelchair accessibility.

The two workers were playing loud rap music off of a small speaker when I came in and were not professional. I ordered a 20 ounce drink and had the order repeated back to me, but then I received an 8 oz drink after paying the full price for a 20 oz. They didn't even bother to write the name of the order they specifically asked for on the cup or what I had ordered. Annoying

Recently started using this store for my morning coffee as I work just around the corner. There is only one girl there with a line of customers and mobile orders, my order was ready on time and she was working very fast and efficiently. All times my order has been made on time despite the in-store traffic.

Second time now there hasn’t been espresso in my drinks. The first time I paid for it, and it wasn’t added. This time luckily I didn’t pay for it (looked at my receipt after the fact) but I asked for added shots of espresso in both my chai lattes. I’m not sure if the employees just don’t listen or if they’re so understaffed and that they’re frazzled. Both time the employee has been working alone with a long line.

They didnt even listen to what i ordered, I asked for a tall Strawberry acai but they ended up giving me a small Mango dragon fruit refresher

Messed up my drink twice to the point it was disgusting. I ordered a grande iced coffee with whole milk and an extra shot of espresso. The first time they made my drink, there was hardly any coffee and almost entirely milk. It was the color of one of those off white cat scratch posts. I went back and explained my issue and the girl who helped was kind of rude about the whole issue. The employees tried making it seem like I ordered my drink incorrectly. I am going to be honest, I don't recall asking for 1/8th coffee and 7/8ths milk. When they remade the drink, they gave me straight coffee that tasted burnt and over roasted. No milk at all. I asked a barista friend of mine what the issue could be and she said that the extra shot of espresso i got was expired. I ended up just throwing out the coffee. I do not reccomend this location to anyone.

Been here multiple times over the years but quite recently its been quite awful. An employee named Thai has been rude and sassy multiple times and acts passive aggressive so much. It damages the experience of coming to this starbucks in particular. The drinks have also gone downhill quite drastically.
