Rose is extremely rude.. After they messed up our drinks (wrong size) fine not a big deal. The nice girl at the window gave me the wrong size ones while I waited for the drink I paid for. Then rose came to the window asking for it back so she could throw it away? What? lol i was embarrassed for her. Never have an experience such awkward customer service and I’m a daily Starbucks customer. Not coming back to this weird location.
I love this Starbucks. Best Starbucks ever . The staff is amazing especially Ray she turned our very bad day into a very happy one thank you.

Be aware that there is NO inside seating or restroom available at this location despite "pick up IN store" being listed on the app. "In store" pick up can be done at the walk up window. Friendly staff, drive thru seems efficient, but not the place to stop if the weather outside isn't great.

I love going to this Starbucks when I am in a hurry. Quick service, friendly staff, and same great products I would expect from a Starbucks. Entering and exiting the parking lot can be difficult and dangerous depending on the driving conditions though, as the only way is to enter or exit a busy multi-lane road. The store itself is wonderful, though!

I’ve been here twice and disappointed both the times.First time, I ordered ahead on the app, they couldn’t find it for like 5 minutes and then gave me half of my order.Second time, just now, they give me a broken cup.I feel like the extra 10 minutes it takes to go back and forth to the other one on Cornell is worth the drive.
