I’m not sure what happened to this place but they’ve totally downgraded on baristas. Unlike before, now they throw the straws at me when I asked for one nicely. Plus the annoyed faces they make while I make my order. Not only that, but they gave me a drink that was originally premade for another customer (I’m guessing they didn’t want it) which was half melted. The whole “light-ice” thing is a joke too, they don’t even include less. The previous baristas were much nicer, not sure what’s up with these new ones. I would not recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t want to be treated like crap. Do better honestly.

I usually come here everyday sometimes but there is a very rude girl she has very short hair , she didn’t say hi or anything just opened the window kinda yelled the price and scaned my phone and closed the window. I came another day she had the same attitude, thats not a great customer facing attitude I didn’t ask to remake my drink or anything I was just paying.

Worst experience, cashier got my order wrong and when paying I let her know about it and she remaid it but charged me 10.80 for a grande coffee and she also didn't scan my app very rude and unprofessional not coming back for sure

I will never come to this Starbucks location again and after seeing some of these bad reviews I know I’m not the only one. Ordered a drink through the drive thru and started off with the male barista. After going back and forth about the confusion of the drink I was attempting to order this woman comes on and interrupts with her input and her tone was very rude. I got my drink and it was made very wrong so I went inside. When I got inside to have them remake my drink the right way the same woman barista that was on the mic walked up to me and was again extremely rude and raising her voice to me and had a very sarcastic loud tone. Her name is Lexie. Worst barista or whatever she is at that location. Get better employees or eventually this location will not have many customers. That Woman must have a very sad life to be acting this way and thinking it’s okay. I will add I’ve never had an issue with the morning staff always very helpful and friendly.

First of all, I went to go get a drink. The employee was very rude. She said wait for your cake pop in I kind of mean tone. Also, I got my change back and I was supposed to get 20 and I only got $16.25 Also I wanty 4 back or get a free drink this is not fair.

Every time I get a white chocolate mocha from this specific Starbucks it is very bad and bitter. Even if I have them remake it. Not sure what they are doing differently than the other stores.

I am a regular at this particular Starbucks I buy the same thing every couple of days. Today I went at 1:30 PM and the baristas were very rude. They made my drink not to my liking. I was very nice and asked them to remake it. After they gave me my second drink, I was just left hanging out the window. No one said goodbye or even have a great day.
Came in here to grab a snack and charge my work phone between orders. Two caucasion women and a latino woman were working. All you hear is the banging, clanking, and slamming of everything the Latino woman was doing echoing throughout the store, it was beyond disruptive, completely unnecessary, and both the caucasion women looked very uncomfortable trying to serve the register and drive-thru.
