I am a regular at this particular Starbucks I buy the same thing every couple of days. Today I went at 1:30 PM and the baristas were very rude. They made my drink not to my liking. I was very nice and asked them to remake it. After they gave me my second drink, I was just left hanging out the window. No one said goodbye or even have a great day.

Very popular on the weekends. Long lines at the drive-through, which means long waits for walk in orders. 5 to 15 minutes. This particular visit, they had multiple large takeout orders called in at the same time, stretching the wait to well over 20 minutes. I didn't set a timer, but believe it was over 30 minutes. That's way too long.
I understand they have to prioritize drive through to prevent the line from blocking the street, but we are going to another...
