Coffee made me sick. Most likely bad milk was used. Also not very friendly. I can't recommend this location.

This location should be drive through only. The communication between the staff affect the quality of the product and atmosphere for customers who choose to dine in. Staff yelling at each other what station they need support at and if it’s not provided, an argument ensures. When selecting drinks from the cashier, the woman hostility made a remark to her co worker in front of a customer “you need to be register right now, I was due for my lunch 15 mins ago.” Respectfully, not my cup of coffee.

I don’t know why I think this location is going to change. I believe the poor service is due to very poor management. The drinks are made without care and the staff isn’t very friendly. Definitely a sign of poor management. Could take lessons from others in the area …. Especially Cornell & 48th. Awesome management, amazing baristas and drinks always made with love!

Never have I had horrible customer service with Starbucks but the 4 girls working on Saturday September 13th around 4:30pm should not be representing Starbucks. They put me on “hold” for a second in the drive through just to hear them laughing. I pulled up to a girl who just handed me my drink and didn’t even greet me which does not represent a Starbucks employee. As I was waiting for my second drink I see another girl on her phone who had to send a text or something before handing over my drink. As I take off my drink tasted like I was drinking straight out of a coffee creamer bottled. It was so sugary that I had to go back and ask for a refund which I have never done before. I go back to see that they had closed the lobby with no explanation. I went back into drive through and luckily the girl who gave me my refund was very nice about it. I appreciate that I was able to get my refund back but this team was giving high school vibes.

I go through the drive thru quite frequently. The staff is on top of things, super nice and accurate. The line moves quickly.

Ordered a Trenta Iced Green Tea Lemonade with mango dragonfruit base and peach juice. Completely skipped over the dragonfruit base. Won't be going back because this wasn't the first time they messed up my order. The other time was they added cinnamon to my drink even after I said no cinnamon, I have an allergy. Be careful going here

Staff are always friendly and sweet. I have come here a couple times to read during quieter times. Starbucks that I regular at, always a pleasant experience.

Solid Starbucks location! It can get busy so the time estimates may be slightly behind, but the staff is very friendly. It's a little tricky to get to but more of a fault in the design of the area. Be prepared for longer drive through lines.

Today, I chose to work from the Starbucks at Cornelius Pass & Butler in Hillsboro. Partway through my session, a staff member informed me from a distance that the entire lobby was needed for a staff meeting, requiring me to leave. I was in the middle of an important task, and the sudden request without prior notice disrupted my day significantly. For future reference, I recommend that the management at this Starbucks location improve their communication about such events to better accommodate customer needs and convenience.
