I ordered a venti drink matcha tea. I drove about two minutes down the road and looked at my cup with only half of a drink in the cup. I was in disbelief that I paid what I did for half of a drink. Very disappointed. This is unacceptable.

This is the absolute slowest on Starbucks service mainly because they don't staff it correctly. What a waste a remodel when you can't run it correctly in the first place. By the time I received my egg bites my two coffees were cold.

A good Starbucks. The employees are friendly, and the drinks are as good as anywhere. Since the recent remodel it’s the size of a chicken coop with only four comfortable chairs. If you want to hang out, don’t come here during busy hours.

Small, quaint, quiet enough to concentrate in. The drinks that I would order are all familiar and trusted to satisfy my thirst.The tables are few in number and small in size, outside of two. The large round table has the only comfortable seating you will find in the place.

I've been here many times. The coffee is often over extracted. I've done many UberEats orders from this location too. It's alarming when I receive my item, the sticker says "iced" but it's clearly hot. I'm not sure if they decided to ignore the label? It's frustrating when it happens more than once. They have been out of many things too, such as pumpkin sauce. I only go to this Starbucks because it's the closest one that's not inside a grocery store, but I wouldn't go here if there was something else. The staff is always friendly though so that's a bonus.

Very rude. I ordered a drink through the app and arrived a few minutes later. I got in the drive thru lane behind 5 other cars. When I got the the speaker I was told I got there too fast. I said sorry there was no traffic but no problem and no rush there are like 5 cars in front of me. The barista was like no, you need to drive thru and go inside or get back in the drive thru line again. So I waited over 5 minutes in line, got the window and kindly asked can you please see if my order is ready now since I've been waiting in line. He literally told me no. I have to go inside and check or drive thru again?! What? Why? I was perfectly kind and patient and do not deserve to be treated so rudely. I had two kids in the car, hence ordering ahead and waiting in the drive thru.So I parked. Went inside and my drink was just sitting there on the counter and there were no other customers inside. There is no reason he couldn't hand me my drink. He just wanted to prove a point.If you want to change your ordering policy and rules then do it and announce it in the app and online. Don't suddenly change your rules and get angry and rude when people don't know. I have always picked up my mobile orders in the drive thru and I have never had an issue or been told it was an issue. I will happily drive farther in the future to go to a different location.

I usually don't leave reviews at places but I've gotten a bit fed up with this location constantly messing up my drinks. Starbucks is expensive, and I want my drink to be right when I pay eight dollars for it. Today I went to their store and I ordered three iced drinks. Two of them were iced Matcha lattes and I added cold foam and a few pumps of brown sugar, syrup, and chai, when I got handed the drinks through the window, I noticed that my drinks were really light in color and the cups weren't even filled up all the way, I'll post a picture of the drinks. It seems these baristas don't understand how many scoops of Matcha go into an iced Venti drink. I worked at Starbucks and I know how my drink is supposed to look and I try not to be a Karen but I'm over it because I'm wasting my money honestly. Plus, there was a hair in my Matcha and I noticed it after I had already started drinking it. Overall the store just needs to train the barista's better and teach them how to make drinks correctly.

Maybe it's just me but this store is always super super slow. In store it take about 10 mins to get your drink. Also don't ask my name if you are going to get completely wrong on the label. My name is Robert not Wallace. And no there was not Wallace there.
