I think I was too harsh in my first review. The folks working here are really nice and they didn’t deserve to front my concerns that largely should be taken up with corporate. This store is just doing what they’ve been told, and I apologize for that.
Their drinks are solid here and like I said, really nice people. Upgrading to 5-stars. Take care all.

Is a long time, (Starbucks) consumer, and having worked for (Starbucks) back in the late 90s at nine different stores in the Portland area, I’ve been repeatedly disappointed by this Starbucks outlet. I lost the lid to my stainless steel 16oz travel cup and therefore had to get a new cup and ended up getting a 16oz ceramic Cup because it had a lid. In the ceramic cup’s inside completely broke apart within a week of easy use. I took it back to the store where I bought it, and even though I had pushed it with my Starbucks card, they initially claimed they wouldn’t be able to return it and apply the cost to a new travel cup with a different design because I didn’t have my receipt. I literally showed them the item as listed in my Starbucks app From the previous week. I started walking out and they stopped me and said they could do it after all.
(Starbucks) seems to be a shadow of it’s for herself back when I worked for the company. God, I miss that Starbucks.

I love coming to this starbucks. I have always had pleasant experiences with all the staff! This note really brightened by day! Usually I just mobile order or go to the drive thru but the times I've been inside, it's really nice too. Highly recommend the peach green tea lemonade, it's so bombb! Also getting extra matcha scoops in an iced oatmilk matcha latte is my go to.

Was looking for a place to sit down and have a coffee close to the highway. This is a perfect/busy location and the hours posted said either 7pm or 8pm (depending on where you looked). Lo and behold, the doors were locked, no sign or anything on the door. It was 3:45 in the afternoon. I guess they just decided they don't want to deal with any sitting customers today.. no real good reason, just for shits and giggles. I saw the employees inside through the window and tried to wave them down but they just ignored me. (Drive thru was open)

The coffee was very good. Of course I am very boring when It comes to barista coffee's. I might as well brew it at home and get a milk steamer. A flat white is espresso with steamed milk. I do coffee with half and half at home. It's just a bit fancier. The ladies were sweet but diligent. I was the only walk in customer so there was no wait time. But it felt stiff in the little bit of time I did wait. Sometimes some mindless banter of niceties can make one feel less out of place.
