It was great, I enjoyed my food and the service was awesome. They are in the midst of decorating for the holiday season and it's looking pretty festive in there.

Paid through the app for pickup. Arrived and staff said they never got the order—despite the app confirming it and my bank showing the charge.
They casually admitted this is a known glitch: customers get charged, store system shows nothing, and “there’s nothing we can do.” No food, no manager, no apology.
Contacted Subway support with proof of payment. They closed my ticket without a single word, ignored the evidence, and never refunded me.
This location (and corporate) took my money for food I never received.

Poor/rude service, meat quantity and quality both needs inspection, veggies like bell papers and onions have big chunks to save more, lastly please wear hat or hairnet
I ordered online and asked for the dressing to be put on the side because I didn't want my sandwich to get soggy... they didn't follow instructions. I also emailed them and no one responded.

Whomever was working and making sandwiches on 5/12/2025 around 12:20 this afternoon. You guys should be wearing hairnets or hats. I not only found 1 but two really long hairs INSIDE my sandwich. I didnt even get to eat it. I had to pull one out of my mouth. Disgusting.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Whoever owns this store is a failure of a business owner. They have 1 or 2 employees in the store at a time, so if there’s people inside the store nobody is available to take order through the drive thru. I waited in the drive thru for 25 mins on my 30 min lunch break and my order was not even taken. A few months ago the store was closed weeks probably because the owner isn’t competent enough to maintain a workspace where the employees are taken care of and not overwhelmed. Do not eat at this subway unless you want to spend an unreasonable amount of time on a $6 sandwich that probably costs pennies to make.
Sandwiches is not as bad, but I do like that Pretzels & Churros. I wonder if the Pepsi Fountain has arrived here. Unfortunately Coke will be running out anytime soon.

This is more of an observation than a complaint, but I wanted to bring it to management's attention. It seems like there may be a staffing shortage at this location, and I believe it would be beneficial to consider hiring additional team members. Whether that means posting on job websites like Indeed, actively recruiting, or finding other ways to incentivize people to apply, it could help ease the burden on the staff. On multiple occasions, I've noticed the single person behind the counter struggling to keep up with orders. For instance, today, the employee informed me that she had six sandwiches and a drive-thru to complete before even taking my order. I didn't mind waiting, but as a former food service worker, I can understand how stressful it must be to juggle these tasks while trying to maintain good customer service. If this issue isn't addressed, it could lead to burnout and lower morale among the current staff, ultimately affecting the overall customer experience and potentially causing the business to lose out on sales. I highly encourage management to take action and find a solution to this problem
March 8 2025 stopped in with family , 1 person ahead of us when it was our turn the young man told us to wait . He made a sandwich for pick up then started emptying vegetable trays , it took him 20 minutes and he was fine with not saying another word to us ! Last time ever at that location avoid it if you’re hungry …

Ordered online, they were apparently out of meatballs so they just didn’t do anything about it. Didn’t call, didn’t send the foot long without meatballs. Just no dinner for me. Great customer service. Learn to call your customers.

I called many times 5+, and it would ring for 20ish times, and each time, they would pick up just to hang up without a word. Waited 5+ minutes to order through the drive-through. I understand things get busy, but there has to be a balance of inside and drive orders, so there's no backup. I'm a very patient person, but having this be on every occasion, it gets a little old.

Feel bad for the guy working alone up front. Place is filthy, but he is just doing his job at most. Coworkers are in the back either working the drive-through or spanking out.
