I am only adding two stars because this, of course, is cheaper than Seattle, and the veggies are fresher. But one employee can't multitask, don't ask all the necessary questions when you are ordering, makes faces when you answer them, and throws the sandwich on the counter when he is done. Sad and unbelievable my experience. I did NOT leave a tip.

Super rude worker, we walked in and we saw she was making sandwiches, we waited and waited and she didn’t even ask us to wait a couple minutes for her to finish up her previous order, so we left empty

I like this place because food is fresh, the customer service is awesome, and they listened to you, when you want extra toppings they oblige and I like that part. I like this part of town because it's next to the airport, there's lots of other food choices to choose from. Subway is a great choice! I love the vegan patty. Thank you Subway! ‼️A+

Poor service.Ordered 2 footlongs through door dash for pickup, when opened they only had lettuce, cheese and chicken - no toppings, not toasted just a cold no sauces bread and chicken. All the toppings / instructions were selected in the app as well as were on bill but not in the sandwich.

Ordered online at 5 to pickup at 6 waited until 7 then went to jersey mikes to get service.....still haven't received a refund for the order I didn't receive yet 10 days later.....not sure they plan on giving me a refund which is illegal......not through yet! But if your hungry go somewhere else!

People are nice and it's not very busy but when it is busy you should expect to wait in line forever since the sandwiches now take 10 min a piece to make. Super understaffed but good people. Foods

Biggest problem is staffing. Who has only one person running the lunch rush on a Friday?! What is the point of ordering online if you just have to watch your sandwich being made anyway?! I could have saved my time pre-ordering and just walked in. Probably wouldn't be as bitter about the experience either.

I wish I could give this place a 0 star. I walked in and stood in line for 10 mins, wasting my lunch break at work. And they refused to acknowledge me and both employees were working on a online order even tho I was waiting. It was a two sandwich order and did not need both employees. I had to leave before getting any food and I will never return to this subway.

Cucumbers looked foul. Toaster is not working and they didn't tell me until after my sandwhich was halfway put together. If I had known, I would've either gotten a different sandwhich or not gotten one at all because their cold bacon is extremely unappetizing. To top things off, the 2 employees were taking forever to make the sandwhiches because they kept stopping to look at eachother and talk, to the point where she would've made the sandwhich incorrectly if I didn't keep reminding her.

The manager of this place doesn't hire enough people, especially busier times. Every time I have come here they are understaffed. I feel bad for the employees.

I ordered a spicy italian today. I've been ordering this for 20 years from Subways all over the place, so I know how they are supposed to be made. 10 slices of salami, 10 of pepperoni.Except this time I ordered and only got 6 of each. Not sure if this is a training issue or if it's the policy of this franchisee, or if it's global, but... no matter whose fault, not cool.
