Their "deals" are lies. They bring you in with promises of discounted subs, but then pull the rug put from under you when you order anything besides the cheapest sub. It's a con.

Very immature kids running this store. It used to be a really nice place to go to.

The teenagers and young adults that work here are great and appear to be doing their best, despite a totally inept owner that seems insistent on losing customers as fast as possible. For 2 weeks, they have not had lettuce. However, the Subway app gladly lets you order sandwiches with lettuce. Same with onions, which they have been out of now too. Boggles the mind that the owner would fail to purchase lettuce, the #1 ordered vegetable, for weeks and fail to update the availability in the app (something they absolutely can do). Then they leave it on their poor young employees to try and troubleshoot angry customers who have just been deceived into ordering food that doesn't exist. Shame on the owner for defrauding customers, and even more shame on the owner for setting up their young employees for failure. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is the great employees managing a hard situation.

Update: the shady owner, Katie Davis, had the gall to email me and put the blame on her poor employees, when she knows very well that she is the one responsible for updating product availability in the app. She also totally ignored my refund request, since I paid for something hey knee they didn't have and sold it anyways. There's a word for selling something you don't have: fraud. Luckily my bank was well aware of Katie Davis' fraudulent business activities and sided with me immediately when I reported the fraud.

Subway is always busy. And there always seems to be a customer that is not happy about something. I'll tell you. I never have bad experiences with this shop.

As I really don't complicate things with difficult requests or hard to make items that are limited, or time consuming to prepare the order. I specifically don't talk disrespectful or act rude to my sandwich artists. My sandwich is never exactly the same everytime as it was lastime and I like that! Every worker is an individual, and I just want them to Make it easy for all of us . I just say, you know what you are doing so I just want "example" how you know to make it and I am not extremely picky

Vegetarian options: I don't always eat vegetarian but when I do it's a good choice when they have fresh vegetables.

Dietary restrictions: If you're allergic or can't have certain items for diet reasons you just let him know and it's as simple as that.

Parking: This is in the sunset esplanade so it's a huge area to park in.

Wheelchair accessibility: Of course there's not too many places that I know of or have even heard in a long long while, of not having wheelchair/ handicap accessibility. Yes I'm sure there's still a couple places especially for the new place and they eventually do get it but it's nice to be able to have access.

Walked in there today around 4 o’clock got to the counter lady greeted me and said we are out of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, turkey, and the rotisserie chicken. I looked at her and I said why are you guys still open? All she did was shoulders and say, I don’t know.

I usually love subway but yesterday a 15 year old made my food and I think that was the best sandwich I have ever had there. He seemed like he was new there but me and my mom both liked it. Service was great, he asked me what i wanted and double checked when he needed to.

Dietary restrictions: They have different kinds of meat, bread, cheeses and vegies

Kid-friendliness: I’m a kid and they are nice to me. And a kid was working there. Very kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: The doorway is wide enough for a wheelchair.

Whoever is on the graveyard shift is ****ing up and need to be held accountable or retrained. I ordered two salads that were exactly the same and they were both different upon arrival. None had the dressing and neither had the smashed avocado. Idk what is going on here but it really sucks to keep having my money stolen.
