I love Subway but will never return to this store. They completely mixed up the ingredients for the sandwich I ordered for myself and my husband. I got vegetables that I didn't want, cheese that I didn't want, and the same thing happened to my husband. He hates mayonnaise, his sandwich was slathered in mayonnaise. Very, very disappointing. Avoid this store!

I eat at this location a bunch and I usually have Erica serve me but tonight I got this new Guy and he gave me a sandwhich with very little ingredients. I ordered the tuna and I had to search for the tuna not much sauce and the guy took forever to help customers before me and he mostly did online orders ignoring the rest of us. Total wait time about 25 minutes. I dont understand why there is only one employee on shift anyways it not safe. I read some of the post and the customers can be very rude and its mostly stress from waiting in line and your employees get the fallout from it. I will say its bad when customers start arguing standing up for the person on shift. Do better Subway.

This is my go to subway. The lady on graveyard always makes great sandwiches. Though there often is a wait time of up to 5-10min which I don't mind because I have an hour lunch so I have the time. The lady working graveyard is over worked and tired. She does not complain and just keeps going. Door dash drivers are very rude to her. The lady got like 4 online orders with 3-4 and sanwhiches on each order with chips and drinks and had 3-4 customers in the line and she kept up with all the orders helping one customer one online order busting out all the orders. To the management care more about your employees

I am a regular here and The lady who works nights is working hard and non stop. She helps everyone as quick as she can and she works alone which I do not think is safe. On several occassions I have seen her being harrassed by customers mostly young 19-20 year old who appear high maybe drunk and giving her a hard time mocking her and taking her photo. She continued making thier food when I would have kicked them out. There really should be a 2nd working at night. Does Subway care about the safety of thier emplyees?

Just got done ordering online. Went to pick up my order and got yelled at for being in the wrong’s my line. The lady working behind the counter at 1150pm on 8/2 was very negative. She was giving attitude to the customers before me. I thought I would ask if the bag behind the counter belonged to “Eddie”… she got hostile and started yelling that I was in the wrong line and would have already been out the door if I was standing in the correct line… sandwiches tasted plain! She definitely didn’t add all the ingredients I asked for. She also needs to be reminded to wash her hands after touching register and making more sandwiches. Manager definitely needs to address and retrain this individual.

I write this just when I'm here at Subway, it's been the worst experience I've ever had. Simply unpleasant, Erica attended me, what a rude woman, she hates customers, if something happens please don't have bad treatment with customers, just at the moment she also had a problem with two more people who came to pick up orders. Where is the manager?? do something please! People don't come back if they receive bad attention, be kind with your customers.

Service was good lady was nice but I was in after some very rude little teen boys, after reading the other reviews I believe those boys were Ricky and Larry, they were super disrespectful and frankly, the sub was really good, but you guys need to crack down on who you serve, Not every customer deserves to be one.

Terrible service. Waited over 15 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. 2 people working and they just filled phone orders. No acknowledgement of the people in line. Left and took my business elsewhere. Worse service ever. Hire competent people.

I’ve been getting myself a little treat for my boyfriend and I since we work grave shift the lady who works nights is great. Not sure whats up with the dude though I asked for light mayo and extra lettuce bro gave me the most saucy sandwich with no lettuce it was nasty and I couldnt even eat it 😭😭😭. I tipped almost 4$ on the app since I know the grave shift struggle and I regret it so much. Never eating here again sadly lol

The worker didn't move at all, leisurely chatting with the previous customer. My wait was 15 minutes, I was next. Double turkey looked more like half turkey. But overall the place is clean, it's probably the worker's issue. Restrooms are clean-ish.

Terrible service. I ordered online
When I went to pick up it was not ready and when she made it the sandwich it was totally not what I ordered. She said my order was ready,I told her that's not mine , I didn't order that. She was very rude about it I went to my car to show the verification on my phone, then a big black guy came out and told me she didn't want me to come back in lol. I showed him my online order with my phone. And he said(oh well our online order is not working). DUDE??? LOL. He went in and gave me my money back. Funny thing tho, I only paid 3$ for my order and this man gave me back 7.59$. What's going on you guys ??

Customer server sucks, waited 5 minutes while the two people working sat and talked doing nothing, they double toasted my sandwich without me asking, I work at a subway and they put 3 meatballs on a footlong, terrible portions
