The sandwiches are really bad here. They have no double chocolate chip cookies, there normal cookies are so thin and dry. That there inedible, the sandwich itself was stone cold even though we asked for it to be toasted. It didn't taste the greatest at all which is a shame. Don't think I'll be returning to this location, they really need to be inspected by a health professional.

CHOSEN ONE
This store is always out of several items. Meatballs, turkey, chicken, banana peppers, even Coke bottles. I do delivery service and within a 30 minute period, I had 3 different orders and each order the female said they were out of that type of meat. I came in at 3 am. The female that worked on Thursday March 7 at 3 am was sleeping in the back room when I got there and obviously doesn’t want to work. If they do have Coke bottles, they’re not even put in the fridge. Their mailbox is always full, so you can’t get a hold of someone at the store. I’ve been to this location a total of 5 times, and 4 out of 5 times they couldn’t complete the order. Obviously the franchise owner doesn’t care, because the bad reviews keep on coming for this location. So boycott them and put them out of business. I won’t be picking up from this location again.

No one that works at that shop has been there for more than a month, and everyone is terrifyingly undertrained. The back looks like an actual dump and smells like an uncleaned bathroom. The general manager is a joke who doesn’t take their job seriously and almost always has people working alone. The owners never even set foot in the store. Place should really just be shut down.The state of the store when I’d get in most days was genuinely horrifying. The box of chicken on the floor alone was enough to make me quit.

Someone should have their job reevaluated. I recently had a slider at a different location that had more ingiedients than this, its pathetic and I consider that a ripoff! Worst one yet from this location. Ordered on 02/23/24 @4:30

did not put in the correct pick up time. Tried to call but no answer and the mail box is full so i could not contact them to change the time or make sure they put the sandwiches away . I will not be there for 2 hours. Not sure it is even worth picking them up now. Not sure i would want to eat something that has been out for that long . May just get something else on the way home. Consider it a $ 20.00 lesson in making sure I pay more attention next time. I believe there was an online method but i could not make it work. I am going to rate this only one star as at least I got a good deal on the food I'll never eat. PLEASE make it easier to contact the store.
(Besides the bad music selection while kids present) My sandwiches were black burnt, bread crumbling apart as if the bread had sat out all day. It was so sloppy that the meat and cheese were barely even on the bread. While he literally threw on the remaining ingredients, his dirty phone rested on the sandwich line board the whole time. Waiting 20 mins after the mobile order said it would be done, I finally received my should of been trash sandwiches. Which is exactly where they went. And this is why people stopped going to Subway.

Came in to get some sandwiches the girl working tonight with Short dark hair. She looked like she was being forced to work. I asked for a sandwich light sauce she filled my sandwich with sauce it was not even edible. She didn’t to all of my sandwiches. Worse services I ever got not coming back you guys should figure her and get so one that actually wants to work. Worse service I ever got at a restaurant.

It’s the third time I have had to ask employees not to use the “F bomb”. This time they used it while trash talking their place of work. Feb. 3, 2024, 5:15 pm. The girl that had a lip that looked like a tackle box responded with a sarcastic, whiny “sorry.” Both were trash talking their place of work. The place does often seem under staffed. I won’t be back. Went to the one on Walker Rd across from Nike. A huge difference. I’ll drive a little further for pleasant, clean employees.

That was one of the best fast food restaurants I have been to. There were 2 people working who were both very attentive and nice. One of the employees in particular, I forgot to grab his name, stood out to me. He was older with long hair tied up in a bun, and I am not exaggerating, he was probably the best food service employee that has ever served me. He deserves a promotion. The food was amazing, and the employees were very chatty. This subway run definitely made my day.
