As expected with most food places there’s a wait, so I ordered on the app prior 8 minutes before arrival, I preceded to pull up stoped by the plaid panty next door went back, went to the bathroom at Taco Bell as my food was still not done, and waited 20 minutes and watched multiple orders go out that came in after me, now let’s get to the food, what I ordered the luxe craving box and 2 enchilada burritos the food was cold and I was missing dipping sauce, no napkins provided, no I’m not looking to get free food but I’m looking to know who’s in charged here and why they are because this is obscene.

I'm pretty sure it's the manager at this location seems to be a cheap ass. Expect to get the least amount of meat cheese and lettuce you can in a taco. And if you pay for extra cheese don't expect it.........

Made my shit smell. Food is good if you get one taco and eat it within two minutes. Otherwise, the greasy toppings and tortillas become a single, homogeneous taco seasoning flavored mass. Everything else is just a taco or burrito with a soft shell used in different ways, or a hard shell depending on the product. Very few protein choices.

I ordered some food on the app. When I went to pick it up, they said they couldn’t find the order. I then showed them my bank statement with the date and the price and the location. The lady at the register didn’t care was very rude and told me to leave and talk to my bank.
Not sure what the point of a drive through is if you just have people sit there and not take their order.... Not the first time from this location.

I put in an order to go at 1130 am. It said it would be ready at 11:41. I did not receive my order til 11:57. I understand your busy but to not even acknowledging people when they come in. I was there at 11:45. That order was on the shelf. I waited patiently after 10 mins of watching my food n no one even acknowledging I was there!!!! It was my lunch break Ty so very much.

Absolute trash attitude from the employees. Made an online order and apparently now they make it when you order and not when you get there, so it was all cold. When I took it back I had to literaly argue with them and was told "we'll remake it this time but not again." Absolutely unacceptable response. And that means the food had been sitting out for hours and still served it. Going to report that.

I usually dine in. The meal combinations have gone up a lot in price. Deals not too bad, though. Value menu is probably the best type of deals. Food is excellent and I like free refills on soda pop (self serve). I'm not sure if the dining room is open anymore. Someone wrote a review that they're late on opening it. I haven't been there for about year. I highly recommend Taco Bell.
