Are you kidding me? $6 for 2 of these things. Less than 1 tablespoon of fake beef. This is TERRIBLE. I won't be back, absolutely a scam. Terrible service, promised hot sauce and not even one included. Poor customer service, id recommend going elsewhere.

Not worth it. $20 for Loaded beef nacho with 6 chips, 3 chicken tacos barely filled (mostly tortilla), and 3 bean cheese burritos, but one was missing and one was the wrong burrito. They rob you. Don’t go here.

I just went earlier online it said $6.79 I got screenshots and they charged me 12 dollars. That's really unprofessional false advertisement at its worst I got proof so I go try to talk to a manager and I had to talk to 3 different people and one of them lied and pretended to be district until I caught her lying her Name is Rosa she said i don't 100% know than she said she was the store manager i showed her online it said $6.79 and you charged me 12 she said it's $12 I said I got proof it said 6.79 they try to act like i got a different box no I didn't i had to repeat what happened over 10 times I was late to work and I've been over charged and don't know if I'ma get a partial refund but because of everything I went through I should get a full refund. Does anybody know why I can't post a picture

Unbelievably disappointing considering this location has some of the worst pricing of any TB in the area. Combo boxes are nearly double the prices of other locations, ordered a couple sides of the jalapeno creamy sauce and it was not even a quarter full. Seriously, what a ripoff. Whoever owns this franchise, you should be absolutely ashamed of your staff.

This location doesn't even deserve a star at this point. We go to this Taco Bell often, at least once a week sometimes more depending on our schedule. I am not exaggerating when I say EVERY single time we go, items are missing from our order. Every single time without fail and they aren't busy, there is either nobody in the lobby, or one person, and we're the only car in the drive-thru. It happens so often that we check our bag before ever leaving the restaurant. One night they were missing my whole meal, and half of my husbands, but our daughters food was there, so we let her eat and called the store to let them know about our missing items, they told my husband we had to bring ALL the food back to the store for them to check to make sure the items were really missing. Every time we are missing items we have to bring all the food back into the store for them to look. It's absolutely ridiculous and at this point we will just be taking the extra time to drive to a location that can actually do their jobs correctly. If the owner and manager are reading this, please do better.

I hate giving negative reviews but the last three times we grabbed dinner here the order was missing things.
Every time I order from this location, my items have very little filling. All 3 potato tacos had 3-4 little potato cubes in them and it was mostly sauce and tortilla.
I don't expect too much from fast food, but it's been a consistent issue and only from this location. If I go to other Taco Bell locations in the area, it's fine.

Don't get me wrong, the food is always fresh and hot. We'll put together and very convenient/fast!
But... This location always forgets something in my mobile order. I've driven thru a few times with an item missing or incorrect. They also are a bit more expensive than other local Taco Bell locations for their combo meals (by a dollar or two). Also, I'm not sure why but whenever we order black beans as a side it's always 1/4 full... In our experience other locations typically fill the small sides containers. The employees have always been great and really nice! It's just a few erroring times too many to feel like it's a random occurrence.
I work late and when I get off work sometimes I just don't want to cook. So I ordered Taco Bell and honestly a PB&j has more flavor than the crap I got, and I do mean that whole heartedly. My food was cold and it looked like a car ran over it. Honestly it'd be better to shut this location down and put something in that will actually put some care into the food that they are giving to PAYING CUSTOMERS
