Two taco trucks facing each other near Hillsboro downtown area. The people who work there don't speak much English except a younger guy who was taking orders and was very kind.Being a little hesitant to try this new place, I first ordered Carne asada tacos (they didn't have Al pastor otherwise I'd have gone for it) and the meat was so juicy and perfect. The salsa was the perfect level of hot.Then I ordered a quesabirria and it was hands down the best I have ever had. I also asked for consome and I think they gave it for free to me, such a kind gesture. I'd definitely go back again to try the quesabirria again!

All the food is good here. I like how you can put your own onions and cilantro. The burritos arnt bad either they are a solid size, Just wish they had cheese in them.

This was my first time stopping to eat at Tacos Beto. I always pass by the lunch truck on Thursdays when I'm in Oxnard working. To be honest I always see it lonely with no clients. But I decided to give them a try and stopped by to grab something to eat for lunch. I actually wanted to try their Birria tacos since the food truck promotes Birria tacos on the outside. But once I went to the window to order I notice a sign which they only accept " Cash Only " and I only had $13 with me and their menu has no prices. They had a special going on 3 quesabirria tacos 1 consome and a can soda for $15 and I was 2 dollars short. So I decided to get a burrito de asada. It was pretty good the rice tasted fresh the meat was a little chewy but had good flavor. Next time I'll try the Birria tacos.

Honestly I don't even know if they deserve two stars. Over priced for the 3 super Burnt taco combo with consome. i honestly tried to eat all three but just ate two due to the charted taste. But the orchata was ok. The burrito de cabeza was bland. Please save your money and go elsewhere. I would recommend Juarez tacos over these many times over. This place is cash only so come prepared. They do have plenty of condiments to help yourself (ah covid?) sorry I did try to give them a chance.

The food is still great here. The customer service has gone downhill -- if the lady is working the register I'd just skip this place. She was rude and didn't make any attempt to grab toppings when we asked for things we usually get every time.

Maybe because we got there late about 9:30pm on a Saturday night, service was pretty quick. There was about 8 of us. Food was pretty good. Would definitely try it again next if I’m there.
