I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your establishment. Unfortunately, the staff member I interacted with was unfriendly and unhelpful. Specifically, I experienced issues with my online order pickup, and when I called to resolve the issue, I was told they couldn't hear me. However, when my friends called with the same phone, the issue seemed to resolve. I hope you can look into this and improve your customer service standards.

Having visited Thailand a few years ago, I know what real Thai food should taste like. I have tried a few Thai food places here in the Portland area and have been mostly disappointed l. The food is either not spicy enough, too spicy or just plain bland. Thai Princess was a very pleasant surprise. The owner is Thai, and he knows how to cook proper Thai food with spiciness. It's not so hot that it kills the flavor but actually compliments the taste, making it spicy but still allowing the flavors to come out. It's reasonably priced, and the portions are good-sized. I have discovered my go-to Thai food place finally.

Good Thai food at a fair price

I ordered the Rama plate it came with a bed of white rice. It seemed like they just poured peanut sauce over the chicken and broccoli. It wasn’t sautéed all together.

So there's no AT&T network available around that area, and they won't give wifi. Saying that the wifi is connected to the card machine and they can't share the it.

Every time I have gone here has been super delicious and the waitresses, is very attentive to everyone's needs and refills, the service is quite fast, and the food is always fresh

Spicy, flavorful, and overall a delicious treat to the mouth. I particularly enjoy the penang curry with its creamy coconut milk.

I loved the food here! I ordered thai spicy and it was actually spicy! I had the green curry with chicken and it was absolutely delicious.

Nice quiet meal! Great service and food. Had Masseman Curry (or something like that) and it was great! My wife had Pad Thai and loved it because when the said not "spicey" they meant it!

Great at atmosphere. 10/10 cleanliness. Ordered Massaman Curry and lemongrass chicken. Delicious and well made. Plenty of serving to take home as leftovers.

The service was a bit slow but that was ok. I ordered the Thai peanut chicken skewers and the sauce was pretty much just peanut butter. They charged us an arm and a leg just to have a couple of skewers without anything else. All in all we will probably not be back.

Great service, friendly employees and last but not least, the food is absolutely amazing. It's delish, ? if you got to go in there and try it. Very clean. Lots of flavor. I definitely recommend it.
