LOVED IT! Atmosphere was fantastic, food was great but best of all the staff. I didn't catch the workers name but he was AMAZING! So fun and vibrant. I will be going back.

Not sure who gave it such high praise but food here is terrible. Ordered a Egg platter for breakfast and got 1 greasy egg burned bacon and home fries. All for a measly sum of $16. Unless you have to escape here I would stay

It was super clean and the lady up front was awesome, super nice and very helpful! The rooms were really nice and the pool and tub were great! I would definitely recommend and stay here again. The pricing was very affordable
I will spare you the pictures that I sent to Marriott corporate. I spend a lot of time in hotels on business and don’t need luxury - I just need clean and a good mattress. This was far from clean in two straight rooms. One could be a mistake, so let’s change rooms. Nope. Two is a pattern of their “normal”. Greasy black bottom of bathtubs. Other people’s hair in the bathroom and beds of a supposedly cleaned room. Something sticky on the floor. Checked out without staying. Yuck.
We stay at MANY Marriott Courtyard hotels, in fact my husband is a Platinum Elite member and we used our points for this stay. This particular hotel is not delivering the quality service Marriott is known for. Upon arrival we were given a room facing the freeway, when the hotel is barely even occupied! Our bathroom floor was sticky and dirty, sliding Glassdoor had dirty child handprints, pretzel crumbs all over the chair. It’s very obvious that by not cleaning rooms daily due to COVID, the staff is not even cleaning properly when rooms are vacant. We were also told no coffee or food being served...yet other Courtyards are providing this service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
From all the Courtyards I’ve visited, this one is one of the nicest, in a very nice neighborhood
Second time staying and really enjoyed it. Nicely renovated and spacious room and super comfortable bed! The front desk was very accommodating to my room location request. Nice and quiet location yet convenient to highways and shopping. Great option in Portland!
I planned a getaway to attend a Garlic Festival with friends. It just didn’t work out so they could attend so I relaxed around the hotel for the weekend. The hotel is situated in a great location for walking, jogging, and is walking distance from several popular dining establishments. I was able to keep up my morning walk routine in a safe and lovely environment. This is a chain hotel that is clean, everything works, and I can count on the brand. I really enjoyed my stay!

Had a great stay. Very friendly and helpful staff from check in to check out. If you are too tired after a day of meetings and work, their bar have a very good menu both for dinner and happy hour so no need to really go out and try to pick your brain where to eat. They have a good menu for breakfast too. The room was spacious and clean, lots of work space as well as your own corner to relax apart from the bed. They also have work spaces at the lobby. They offer a free shuttle to get you to the nearby stores/mall.
Not bad. The pink mildew in the shower was kinda icky but other than that hotel was pretty decent. Loved Netflix in the room!
The pros: 1. Very, very close to Kaiser Westside Medical Center - we came the a day early to get my spouse to the hospital at 5:30 am for a major operation. 2. A very comfortable room and bed. 3. Very pleasant house maid who knew where the ice machine was. 4. pleasant folks at the check in counter. The cons: 1. Very thin walls. The fellow in the next room was conducting business meetings and the conversation came thru the walls. 2. The pleasant folks at the check in counter were not necessarily competent. I found I had made two reservation, which caused some confusion. I had called twice because I did not receive an email confirmation after the first call, and when I asked where the ice machine was, I was given incorrect information. That said, I will stay there again if needing to stay close to kaiser.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Staff was delightfully helpful and the restaurant was fabulous. Only reason for 4 stars is the tired hallways and dead slow elevator. I will stay here again. Booking in 3 months again.
Stayed at The Courtyard by Marriott in Hillsboro Oregon on business. The check in was flawless, was offered choice of floors. Was given a complimentary bottle of water. Room was comfortable and clean. Bistro onsite prepared our daily breakfasts as ordered and were tasty. Front desk staff was friendly and courteous, making sure to let us have a great day and that they looked forward to seeing us that evening. Checkout was a breeze.
