How can you beat $5 tacos and $5 tequila shots? The food was fantastic and flavorful, perfectly seasoned, high-quality fish and chicken and skirt steak. I have never had Spanish rice that is so delicious. And the tequila and mezcal shots were fun...such an interesting variety of flavors. Really friendly staff, great service with a high knowledge of mezcal. Highly recommended. Very nicely decorated bar. And check out my boot shaped shot glass : )

Last night we took our Granddaughter for her 25th birthday dinner and we had a fantastic meal of tacos and loaded fries with several margaritas. Excellent service from Amani and he said they had a new chef and she did a great job.

This place is fantastic, with such friendly staff! I came in on a rainy Taco Tuesday around 5 p.m., so it was still pretty quiet, likely because people were still at work. I wanted to grab a bite and drink with my husband and little one. The atmosphere was cozy, the restrooms were spotless, and the bar itself is absolutely gorgeous. I had to come right back after stepping out briefly because there was a collision on the Blue Line and it was pouring rain. Thankfully, the staff was incredibly kind and let me and my two-year-old hang out while I sorted out a ride (hubby had to Uber to go get our car) parents know how it is when you’re still in the car seat phases. There was also a super friendly bartender—Anthony was his name- who was especially kind and professional, making sure we were comfortable. Another family was there enjoying dinner and drinks, and the whole vibe was relaxed and welcoming. Good music and nice ambience altogether. Taco Tuesday here is a must; the food and drinks are high quality, and they definitely don’t skimp on the alcohol! Highly recommend this spot!

If you are going to this area there are way better places to eat. Tacos were spendy and tiny and lacking anything spectacular. Drinks were terrible. What the heck did I drink? I tried several. Most tasted like spicy toothpaste. Servers seemed overwhelmed and angry. It was going out of their way to explain their weird menu and drinks. Better margaritas and atmosphere around the corner. Backwoods brewing is a better alternative in the same building. For better margaritas and Mexican food go to Peppers. They have parking, customer service, and great drinks.

This place is sooo weird. The atmosphere is awesome. Love the rooftop bar. The food and service were so bad. You have to order at the bar, the food is very limited offerings and very bland. The drinks are okay. It cost $10 for a small non alcoholic juice ?. I haven’t been so disappointed in a new place in a long time. Such a bummer because it looks so cool.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all… like don’t bring your child here. No offerings for kids or juices available under $10.

We came for the lunch special during the Saturday Market. Great vibes, great drinks, and downright excellent food. The cochinita pubil was excellent, as was the carne asada.

Serving sizes were good for the price, though I think the carne asada taco should have a little bit more meat on it. However it was good enough I would still recommend ordering it.

All in all, it’s easily my new favorite spot in Hillsboro

I went into this place and was served by Anita with the glasses. She was super knowledgeable and made me a special cocktail off menu. This place has a lot of potential. Also the patio is great.

Nice establishment. Very cute inside bar and a rooftop bar which we love to see. Drinks were on point. Huge tequila selection. Tacos were very yummy - carne asada was my favorite. $6 was a little steep per taco, but they are bigger than your average street taco.

Vegetarian options: They have vegan and gluten free options, all noted on the menu which items support different dietary restrictions (or not).

We had a phenomenal experience here for a casual birthday dinner. Sensational food. The carne asada taco was a knockout. Service staff was so friendly and welcoming. I couldn't disagree more strongly with some of the less than stellar reviews posted here. Strange choice to complain about draft cocktails if you ordered one knowing it was draft (the menu says as much), especially when there are lots of selections that aren't. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.
