The food was fine and I appreciate that they sent the remaining bread home with me.My issue was with the service. I waited for 8 minutes to be seated with no one else in line. The hostess never engaged with me nor the bartender even though both looked at me repeatedly. Finally the busser seated me. I waited another 10 minutes for the server to show up even though there were only 2 other tables seated in the restaurant. In her defense, she was always working. I was expecting to at least get a drink while looking at the menu. I was disappointed at how long it took to get a table and then food despite the limited number of customers.

Tried something different so got the lobster and crab ravioli. It was good. Wished I’d gotten the classic Mizithra as it’s pretty special. Salad is borderline standard but love the house pesto dressing. Always enjoy the fresh sourdough. Good service and no wait at the bar. Surprised by the meatball dinner special but had meatballs a couple days earlier at home.

I always love the atmosphere at the unique Old Spaghetti Factory. It seems like they improved the taste and service by slightly raising the price.Parking: No restaurant in this area has a bigger parking lot than this restaurant.

Everything you’d want In an Italian restaurant. Architecture was very nice, service is prompt and polite. There was an emergency door that was going off for a bit but it didn’t phase them. Food was wonderful, nicely seasoned and flavorful sauces that sometimes can find in an Italian place. Prices are in line with the market. Highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: Waiter was very attentive and kind to the younger child in a table next to us

Food was good. The kitchen i, if nothing else, consistently on their game. Service was difficult. I don't know if Cooper is new or if he just got overwhelmed by the table next to us. They were pretty high maintenance.Our order got taken, and someone else dropped the food. Other than doting on the table next to us, we didn't get a check-in until we were completely done eating. 2 of the 3 of us had empty glasses for most of the meal. Like I said, I don't know if he is new or what. But some more training seems to be in order.
