Fun place, but don't take it to seriously here, the ball tracking is about 80% accurate. Sometimes in your favor and sometimes against. Just have fun.

Went in to book a large party in person because I wasn’t able to do so on the app. Neither could the person at the front desk or the manager. I was told sorry. Guess they don’t need 20 new members.

We had been to one in Vegas and were visiting our nephew near this one so we all went. The service was the absolute worst I’ve expected in a long time. Turns out they have a “policy” that you can’t get a drink at the bar if you’re in a bay - despite the fact that their service is TERRIBLE. My niece went to get a second cocktail and a “manager” came to our bay when she got back and “cut us all off” 😂😂😂 She had a second drink - we’re on our 40’s, 50’s and 60’s. No posted policy, just a very aggressive manager telling us about some secret policy. We assume the wait staff for our bay complained because she would lost tip money but she ended up losing a 7 person tab tip altogether!!! It’s time we start tipping based on merit.

I brought my friend to Topgolf and she was so excited since it was her first time here. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The customer service was extremely rude from the start. We waited almost 15 minutes at our table without being attended by a waitress and eventually had to go to the bar ourselves just to order drinks.The girls at the front desk (4) were also unhelpful and rude they didn’t even bother to add me to the waiting list or try to assist. Overall, the vibes were completely off.If I’m paying for a service, I expect basic respect and decent customer service. This was definitely not it. Management should really work on training the staff because guests deserve a much better experience. And, I think the worst part was my friend never even got to experience Top golf 😤

Angie served us today and was super sweet and even gave us a discount on our round of golf. She made it the best experience ive ever had and ive been here a few times. From the front counter to leaving it was great

Extremely disappointed with the staff and their management. We came in at 12:45 and were told that it would be 1-1.5 hour wait. So we decided we would wait. Got our name on the list and were told we would get a text message soon as bay is open ready for us. So we took a walk killed some time and came back at 2:40 thinking it’s been over 1.5 hours surely we would be getting real soon. Walk up to desk and they claim they told us it would have been 2-2.5 hours not 1-1.5 and I explained that’s impossible cause if it was 2-2.5 we’d have skipped top gold altogether and drove down to the beach as a date day with my wife. So asked for manager cause surely there was a mistake. But Teanna said nothing we can do we need to keep waiting... very disappointed we decided to Kill little more time since they already ruined any driving to beach options.. so we went to a park to kill a little more time. At 3:25 we get a text saying it’s going to be another hour OR MORE to get us in! talk about a day killer. Couldn’t they just say they too busy??!! I get covid but covid hasn’t been around for week or month it’s been most of the year. So we just went out to dinner and went home because this was ridiculous. The kicker is at 5:25 we got a text that our bay will be ready soon...... 4.5 hours later and 3 hours later than we were told they could get us in. TOP GOLF EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR DAY, YOUR PLANS OR YOUR TIME. WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD.
