Great place to get some Vietnamese food. We got some spicy beef soup and a "super bowl". The meat in the super bowl was excellently grilled and almost no fat at all. Also, the beef soup was also excellent, quite spicy too.

Delicious food, kind workers, and love the care that they put into the vegetarian menu/items specifying that they are prepared separately from meat products. :)

Not reviewing the food because I can’t seem to get any. Went to ViVi’s a short time ago and they had already run out of Chicken Pho long before closing. Tried to get take out again today at 7:15pm. Google posted they were open until 8pm. The door was unlocked but they told me they were closed. No patience for strike 3. Won’t be going there again.

It was a delicious meal. Authentically Vietnamese and very afordable. They were just about to close and we said we’d do takeout but the welcomed us to sit. Everyone working was friendly and helpful. They also have a wonderful selection of vegetarian options. We can’t wait to go back.

Terrible seating and even worse for parking. Ordered food online went in to pick up and I couldn't even understand a single word they were saying to me. Such a big communication barrier I left without my order. Will never go back and will never recommend this place either.

My daughter loves their GÒI CUÓN and Beef PHÒ BÒ, but I am all about their calm environment where I am typically having Pork CHÀ GIÒ and BÚN BÒ HUÊ with my service animal @831Peep. Not only my favorite Vietnamese Soup, but overall at my favorite restaurant that unlike most Asian spots, is open 7 days a week. Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m.- 7 p.m. and Friday & Saturday until 8 p.m. Happy New Year. Dragons all day. ??Kid-friendliness: Kid/ family and service dog friendly ??!Wheelchair accessibility: handicap in front of store

New loaction..Small portion they claim is hearty, i ordered the Bun Superbowl , a let down...average taste but good quality i feel. there are no bottles of Sriracha or hoisin on the tables, they serve you a tablespoon of each in tiny bowl if you go up to the cashier and ask..6 people in the kitchen and took a while for food to come out and it was underwhelming...only one other person in the restaurant besides me, I should have known and left but stayed due to thier previous reputation...

Perfect place for some authentic food. There is a large vegetarian section of the menu which is delicious. I had the sweet and sour soup and will had it again.

Everything you want from a Pho place! Good food, chill vibes, and an open kitchen giving diners a view into the family run cooking operation!

Great food at good prices. Seating is limited, especially during the busy times. There is a large family style table in the center of the restaurant, but eating during off hours is best for a single table.

A strip mall Vietnamese restaurant that is low key and very delicious. It is easy to miss this restaurant but it is worth the stop. The pho is delicious and filled with good spices.

I've known Tanya for a long time--she is one of the most generous, kind and beautiful people I know. Her food is always consistent fresh and delicious, and the dishes I've eaten at her restaurant taste just like they did when I first had them 13 years ago in her small restaurant that is now 808 Grinds. I have to admit, I miss that little place, but even then it was always bustling and busy with a happy vibe... just like in her new restaurant today. She's just awesome! Now about my favorite dish... the B3 <seen here in this picture>. This dish is packed with exotic flavors and it is delicious, but IT. IS. SPICY! I just love it and have been eating it all of these years. I just had it yesterday and will have it again tomorrow. I highly recommend it but only if you can tolerate the heat!
