Manager is rude and doesn't even understand how the app works. App wasn't taking my discounts and he refused to honor
We walked in and stood there for about 5 minutes, not a single employee even acknowledged our existence. Absolutely horrible customer service, worst I have received in my life.

Watch what gets rung up when you order. They upgraded my biggie bag without asking, and when I asked why they said it was at the direction of Corporate.
This is a good clean Wendy's and they are very quick getting orders out, which is nice.

I ordered a #3 meal. The lady was very polite, asked me what sauces I wanted and confirmed the order.
I get to the window and the guy hands me a large fry. I tried to explain there was a mistake but both the guy and the lady started arguing with me. Trying to tell me what it was I ordered, rather than just making it right.
The food is horrible here anyway. Not worth the time or money.

There is something wrong with this store. The store itself is clean and the employees are nice, but the burgers are horrible! They don't taste flame broiled at all. I ordered a baconater last week and it came with 3 . Inch skinny straps of bacon. Like all 3 pieces put together would even make a full strip of bacon.
I had the mushroom burger 2 weeks ago and I was stunned at how lousy the burger patty was. The patty is the whole thing that makes Wendy's wendys

I used to stop here once a week on my route for work and I haven't been in about a month and I'm not sure what happened but it feels like the employees customer service has gone down cashiers give you that "what's up bro" vibe instead of welcome to wendy's not sure if the kid was stoned or what but I had to spell my name 5 times before he understood me

This particular Wendy's is horrible. The last three orders have had either something missing or not correctly made to order. Do they intentionally hire dumb people that cannot read a simple order on a screen? Seems so. The same bunch of kids are always working and too busy screwing around with each other instead of paying attention to customer service. No more. I will drive the extra distance if I need to have a fast food fix.
