Sucks I ordered online got there my food wasn’t ready got my food it was cold they didn’t count my wings right so I was shorted the garlic Parmesan had no seasoning the Lemmon pepper was way to salty and lemony and the Hawaiian ones had hardly any sauce fry’s we bland cold and mushy very let down iv been to this wingstop twice and it’s garbage guess il be going elsewhere for wings get it together

Just picked up 30 classic wings. The 20 lemon pepper wings are INEDIBLE due to so much seasoning and no sauce. It’s disgustingly salty and burnt everyone’s cheeks. Just….no. Too much seasoning, no sauce, dry, cold, GROSS!

Waiting 40 minutes for my food which was only a 10piece, and seeing everyone else getting their food before me is ridiculous. Only to find that my food was sitting there for who knows how long because no one bothered to say my name or tell me it’s mine. Now my food is cold. Awful service

Everything I have ordered lately they can't seem to put all of my items in the bag. I order sides of flavor and get none out of 4... where is the quality control?
Service was good but was missing food from order such as Cajun corn and didn’t receive any ranch when order came with 3, hot honey garlic Parmesan wings had 1 drop of sauce

This location is always so dirty, staff is rude, food will ALWAYS take 30+ min longer than the quoted time. Last time I was there, an employee with several bandaids on his fingers was handling food 🤢 no gloves or anything. None of the girls had their hair tied back either. I would not recommend this location in particular, super unprofessional.
