I ordered delivery through the app, 6 hot honey and 14 original hot boneless wings, they gave me 12 hot honey and 16 original hot!! Forever going to love this place, thank you to whoever made my order and my day!

Stopped in after work. This Wing•Stop as of 12/1/25 has the best fries in the region. Who ever was on the line tonight did an amazing job. Wings were hot and ready and I got them by the time I washed my hands, got my beverage and sat down. Great job tonight for this crew!

I’m a regular full time DoorDash there’s a lady with glass she might been drunk or something because she’s normally so rude but today she was rude and disrespectful to staff and employees I making money like she is if you hate your job just leave it’s not that hard I make $1000 a week on DOORDASH next time I see you rude I’m calling HR I dread every time I see her

If I can put 0 star I will this lady overweight with glasses so rude to her staff, making fun of them laughing even though they can hear it she doesn’t have a care in the world I waited for my food forever. She just stand there glaring at me like what did I do? Not really working there another heavy set guy I think they might be together cause they’re sitting in the back, flirting with each other “take that at home please” like I was here for an hour I just ordered fries I come here a lot and there’s this new guy. He was the only one being like “hey she needs fries” and they just laughed at him. No teamwork is this how you treat your new coworkers

This Wingstop location is excellent. The place is very nice, the staff is attentive, and the cashiers are extremely friendly. Everything is super clean, including the restroom, which I really appreciate. And of course, the wings are absolutely delicious.

little blonde or brunette teenage girl is rude as hell. came in to pick up an order and she was infront of me and just let the door close in my face and she was just blocking me from speaking to the guy at the counter yelling at some guy in the back about some food next door. also the wings were disgusting and one of them wasnt even sauced and I paid for a large ranch and I didnt get it either.
Incompetent! Tell me why a 10pcs. order takes over an hour to make. I swear if service is like this all the time, it's no wonder restaurants are shutting down.

I've never had a horrible experience with wingstop before till now, but I don't even know if they tossed the wings at all but the coverage was horrible as you can see in the photo, and every other time I've been to this location the quality of the food had been becoming increasingly poor. I don't even know if this location is worth coming to at all but I've been really disappointed when I was looking forward to eating this during my lunch break.

I ordered in the Wingstop website on October 3rd, not knowing a third party delivers for them, and that they apparently have no control over the delivery mishaps. I got a text from my delivery driver an hour after the food was supposed to be picked up telling me they never saw my delivery, and that they couldn’t pick up the order. I called the store to ask for help and they told me they can’t reassign deliveries, so they offered me a refund. The month is almost over and the money has not been credited back to my account. They couldn’t give me anything proving a credit was being processed, so it seems they kept the food and my money. I’ve now gone through the corporate contact form asking for help. Do not ever trust deliveries.

I’ve only been to this Wingstop off Cornell a couple times, and both times the same guy at the counter has had a terrible attitude. He’s short, rude, and clearly doesn’t care about customers — I’ve watched him act the same way with others too.
I get that this place is busy, and I always wait patiently. Tonight my food was ready, and I simply asked if I could get two ranches. He says, “It should be in the bag.” I ask, “Well, is it?” and he replies, “I don’t know.” I check — no ranch. He grabs the bag, says it’s in there, and hands it back. I get home… still no ranch.
It’s not about the ranch — it’s about basic respect and customer service. This guy’s attitude is awful and makes the whole place look bad.

Ok so i’ve been here a few times and they’ve gotten better at getting food out faster than before, yet i can’t get over the service. I get things get busy and stressful, but rolling your eyes at someone who is clearly still thinking about their order is crazzzyy. I dont appreciate feeling like i’m bothering the employees just by getting my order taken. Wouldn’t be taking customer orders be under the job description?? Call that under qualified 😭😭 Every review I see under this place is abt the service so that really says something yea?

I was waiting for them to finish making the food that I had ordered. While I was waiting I watched one of the employees that was making food sneeze into his hand and go right back to making food. This is really disgusting. Fortunately I didn’t see him prepare any of my food, but it puts a really bad taste in my mouth. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to cause a big scene. I will say the lady at the cash register was super friendly and nice. I don’t know if I will be able to come back here after seeing that.
