On a trip to Oregon we stumbled onto Bette's Place and wow what a great place to eat! Food was delicious with large portions! Service was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect!

One of the best breakfasts I've had anywhere. I ate here plus a couple of other breakfast places in Hood River and this is the best one by far. It may not have a view of Mt. Adams but the food is so very good and great service too. If I go back this is my breakfast place of choice in Hood River.

My family had breakfast at Bette's during a recent trip to Hood River. It was plate-clearing delicious! The waffle with homemade marionberry syrup was the best I've ever had. Seriously! The bacon and eggs were cooked perfectly, the pancakes were light and fluffy, and the staff was very attentive. This place is a must stop in Hood River.

I ordered the corned beef hash and eggs, and it came out surprisingly fast. I couldn't tell if the house potatoes had been frozen and simply reheated, or if they were freshly cooked. Either way, the food was fine, but the service was better.
