Hood River has become our second home from Portland, every weekend we’re able to make it out we come to Broder Øst. Sometimes just to sit in the Hood River Hotel lobby and have a baby Spanska. The food is consistently amazing, never once been disappointed by it. Service can feel hectic at times, it’s the territory of being attached to a hotel, lots of travelers and honestly a confusing entrance between the two establishments. The best breakfast experience I had during my trip to Colombia river gorge. This place is cozy and stylish and serves an amazing Swedish food. I had a Swedish breakfast board and loved every element of it. Rye bread, cheese, smoked trout and not too sweet granola yogurt- everything right to my taste! My husband loved his Swedish hash on a cute skillet as well. Nice place to have breakfast or brunch if you are in Hood River.

To our absolute delight the food was amazingly good. As an example the very typical classical dish ”Pytt I Panna” tasted like my Swedish mother had done it!! We were so impressed to the attention to details! They are on top of that also dog friendly which was important for us since we travel with our two Golden Retrievers and sometimes have difficulties finding restaurants...
