We ordered a pizza, some chicken, lava cake, icing/ranch dressing, and a 2 liter of coke. My boyfriend went to pick it up and the girl handing him the food did not give him the 2 liter. He told her she forgot his drink, and she said they were out. He asked if they had any substitutes, she said no and did not offer him a refund. He left before realizing they forgot his sauces, so he went back in and there was a different person at the counter. He asked for his sauces, the guy gave him them (he didn’t realize until he got home that they gave him the wrong sauces). The guy asked if he got his drink, and my boyfriend told him the girl said they were all out. The guy said they had a lot of other substitutes and gave my boyfriend a sprite 2 liter. So the girl had obviously lied to him. Then when we opened the chicken we saw that there was a very small amount in there, and the lava cake didn’t even have powdered sugar on them. A disappointing trip all around.

We ordered a pizza with sausage however we got one that had pepperoni. Took the pizza back in and the cook came out and told me that he would make a large pizza to correct it. Based on that experience I rate this a five star. We understand people make mistakes and the professionalism and the courteous reply that I got was very appreciative.The cook's name is Treshun...The front counter person was very polite and his name is LianParking: They have handicap parking and the store is wheelchair accessible.

I made a order I had never ordered from them before.My order left the restraunt at 5:01...I received my cold order at 5:35.. the driver made several deliveries before my house ....my house is 5 minutes away...I watched him go all over before he finally came to me...he said I'm sorry I'm just the only driver ...so now I have to heat my dinner up before we can have dinner...the company when I told them sent me a offer of 20% off my next order!! Really.. uhm no thanks ...cold food cold customer service....I have never done a bad review but this was so insulting

Questionable if we go back to this location. They SHOULD have told us before ordering and taking our money that it was going to be a lengthy wait. They told us 30-45 minutes. It ended up twice that long. It appeared to be caous in the kitchen. Lobby was packed with disgruntled

Used to work at this dominos figured I’d get a pan pizza like how I got them back when I worked there because they were super good, asked for chicken on my pizza, didn’t get any chicken except for maybe two pieces. Called asked for remake drove halfway across town just for it to be the exact same with litterally no chicken. They also somehow made it worse and didn’t add my buffalos sauce garnish I had asked for orginally aswell. Called a 2nd time just to talk to a manager that was giggling and rude, she told me I could get another one but this has been an hour and a half long process and it was ending up to be a little too late for me, what a great experience!

Manager pulled directly in front of my car going over the speed limit and slammed on his breaks and almost hit the front of my car while I was parked. Manager also wasn’t so friendly.They also messed up on our pizza and charged us for thick crust but only gave us thin
