They're fast, friendly, and will make your beverage exactly the way it needs to be made!! Notice I didn't say the way you want it to be made.... That's because after you tell them what you want, they go above and beyond to make a drink you'll appreciate for about 10 to 15 minutes as you slurp every drop you can from the cup you're handed!!! They take your idea and turn it into an art form!!! They know what they're doing, so sit back, relax, and let them make something you'll definitely enjoy!! I say kudos to the staff at this Dutch Bro's!! They're amazing, and now my new routine and morning stop whilst I head to my daily grind!!! Love this place!!!
I really love the whole staff, I have became good friends with a lot of them. Every time I come to get my drink they know exactly what I want. I don't get this kind of customer service anywhere else, they're amazing.

We stopped at the DB in Hood River. As with most Dutch Bros there was a long line. With that said it would've been nice if the menu board was placed farther away from the pay window. My wife didn't know what she wanted and the young lady taking orders had to walk with us up to the order board so she could see the menu. If the menu was farther back the order gal could have been serving the 8 cars behind us. I hope that makes sense.
