A cozy little spot with a great breakfast selection. Lots of options for vegetarians and meat lovers alike. They have a wide assortment of dishes from scrambles and omelets to burritos, sandwiches, benedicts, pancakes and more. We had the Veggie Benedict and the Artichoke & Brie omelet and both were fantastic. They have some seating inside, as well as a patio with additional seating, and a small parking lot directly across the street for additional parking. The service was quick and friendly and the atmosphere was very homey and comfortable. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: There were plenty of options without meat throughout the menu.

Sweetest little cafe! Food was delicious, staff were friendly. Cute chicken decor too. Parking lot is extremely tiny, we had to park a block away and walk.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options. The staff were helpful for vegan options as well.

Egg River Cafe is the best place for breakfast at Hoodriver. The place was busy and we still had our food within a reasonable time. Once our meal was on the table boy the delicious flavors and memories of all the food items was impressive. My wife's chilaquiles with the beef was amazing. My Bacon and Eggs looks simple but the combination of all the items is perfection. I had a good amount of my wife's beef and it was juicy, with rich flavors, and hints of carne asada. If you are visiting Hoodriver this is a place to have breakfast. You will be pleased.

Delicious selection of breakfast. From the different types of french toast, chorizo skillet, any breakfast, really. We drive from Portland whenever family visits just to go for breakfast! Word of caution, it's a very busy place but worth it!???

Since I was dining alone, I thought it would be okay to sit at the bar. But I didn't expect that I would be forgotten like this and even take the initiative to ask for an order. The old gentleman sitting next to me also sat at the bar, so he didn't have this problem. After eating the Denver Skillet, I am not sure whether it is because of the traditional taste. There is almost no seasoning in it, not even a little salty. The overall dining experience is not very good. There seems to be a parking lot opposite.
