We love this place. It’s simple and moves at the pace of a small town don’t expect to get Starbucks level speed here but maybe take it as an opportunity to take a few deep breaths and chill out. I usually will order my food then do my grocery shopping and food is done by then. I think that’s maybe the design? I go here primarily for produce, quality dairy products and eggs. I like that they have all the basic stuff you could need without an overwhelming amount of options. The staff is human and nice. They don’t give overly cheerful bs, will take your order or check you out and go about their business. The drink selection is great and they always have a ton of low sugar candy and snacks. You will pay more here because everything is locally sourced and good quality. To me it’s worth the extra price to support local farmers, a locally run business and not have to walk through the busyness of Safeway or rosauers. I like this place because it kind of is what it is and they aren’t trying to be something they’re not or kiss your ass. Good quality simple consistent food, basic good quality grocery options and chill staff.

I’ve only been here a handful of times and it was usually to grab my mom her favorite sandwhich For her lunch. The past year I’ve started Coming more often. I love the selection they have. They have so many items I’ve never been able to find locally, and brands. I have such bad anxiety and I needed help the other day. The woman I just felt this vibe from was so warm and comfortable. I believe she said her name was Sarah. She was tall and blonde and just the sweetest and professional person I’ve ever came across in this establishment over the years. She immediately could sense my anxiety and just started Talking to me, she was so sincere and caring when I explained I just have super bad social anxiety. She listened and helped me find just what I needed. Not only for the wide range of products will I be back. But the main reason is for Sarah, who was so kind and caring. I’ve never came across anyone so sincere in customer service and retail. Thank you Sarah! And I will be hoping you and your daughter get your dream horse!

I called the first day they were signing up people for organic turkeys.the girl told me she was writing in my name..so I planned on picking it up when they arrived.. Much to my horror. Welllllll. The girl DIDNT put my name on the turkey list..I've been waiting anticipating that she had DONE HER JOB just to find out when I went in to pick it up (days before thanksgiving) my name was not on the list. Soo maddening n frustrating that someone did not do their job at my expense. I've always ordered a organic turkey from fatmstand. Never had this happen. I'm very upset.no Turkey THEY NEED TO GET ME a TURKEY .PRONTO. and reprimand the girl for not following through.ugh
