Shane did an incredible job catering our wedding. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was stunning. The little details like the little purple flowers in the burrata salad that he added stole my heart and the peaches that he recommended were so sweet and juicy. My mom said the blackberry bbq chicken was the best she has ever had! The highlight of the wedding for me was when we sat down for dinner and got to just soak on the beauty and eat his delicious food! He went the extra mile to meet our special requests and was such a grounding presence.

We recently hosted our daughter's wedding at our place and these folks provided the catering. It was fantastic in every dimension. I appreciated the on-site visit by the server captain, Elena, a week prior to the event, we were able to work out all the details easily and the whole event went smoothly. They were particularly great at making the various transitions during the ceremony happen smoothly and invisibly; moving the chairs from the ceremony area to the dining area, doing a quick changeover to dance space from dinner space, very professional! We were really able to just rely on them for all facets and they made it happen. And, the food was great!! Thanks so much to the whole team!

The food all tasted fresh and absolutely delicious, he also incorporated fresh local morels into one of the dishes which as a mushroom lover I really appreciated. There were specific cheeses I wanted for my charcuterie board which he was able to source, and was able to accommodate all my friends and family who had food restrictions without issue. We received lots of positive feedback about the food!
Wonderful respectful staff and excelent nutritious and healthy food . We chose two Ahi Tuna dishes. Portions are LARGE . The fermented cabbage is the best we ever had. We will return. Thank you !!
