Happy Cow said they were closed Tuesday and Wednesday, but they are open everyday. So glad we called to check, because we had a delicious lunch of Mushroom Po Boys. Plus we bought some cookies and muffins to enjoy later.
Thank you again, Happy Cow peeps for the recommendations for this delicious place! The sandwiches are very large and everything is made here fresh, including the potato chips and the pickles. And their potato salad...wow! Wonderful flavors, interesting ingredient combinations, and just a cute little spot right in the center of town. Even the meat eaters in my group were happy!
Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time!

Been here twice and the jackfruit breakfast burrito is SO good. Really loved the biscuit sandwich too and the fresh salad that came with it. Yum!

Always love to come here, such wonderful people, flavors, and values. Very cute and warm inside. Best sweets.
Just tried their thanksgiving special, never have I been so delighted by the addition of cranberry sauce in a sandwich, great proportions too.
Mmm, thanks for all the moments to savor.

The Smokey Maple Bun is a must try!! One of the best bakery items I've ever had. Tasty chai and sandwiches as well. The vibe is great, and the decor is so cute and calming! Wonderful staff. The only bummer is that they don't have decaf espresso. Highly recommend visiting Golden Goods!!

The food was so good! Do yourself a favor and go to Golden Goods. We stopped for lunch and had a soup of the day - butternut curry - perfect for a rainy day, the mushroom po boy, and the tempeh wrap. Tiramisu for dessert. Everything was delicious and the service was quick and friendly. Can't wait to return!

I absolutely love this place! This is my go to spot to meet Portland friends for lunch. I have loved everything I've tried and I look forward to the changing monthly specials. The chocolate chip cookies are to die! What a thrill to have a place that has 100% vegan options. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the most delightful experience. Highly recommend the Vietnamese sandwich and homemade chips. The blueberry danish was absolutely to die for. ?
Great vegan sandwiches in a really cute shop. I got the delicata (their current special) which struck an excellent balance of crunchy veg, tangy pickles, and rich vegan cream cheese. Tempting danishes too!
