Unfortunately, the pumpkin spice latte tasted terrible. It was way too sweet, so much so that is was unpleasant to drink. I think there were other problems with it, too.

Not at all what I expected. Service was lackluster and food was at best mediocre. We ordered 2 coffee drinks and 2 sandwiches. Sandwiches came out first, they were cold and barely toasted, ingredients tasted frozen, not good at all. Our coffees were not ready until we were fully finished with our sandwiches. We could see them being made with absolutely no sense of urgency, I had to go up and ask while the staff carried on with their conversation. I do not suggest this restaurant.

Got our food order wrong and forgot our drink. We didn’t say anything about the food as it seemed like it was a new hire taking the order so we respectfully told them only about our missed drink and the barista said they would make it right away. 10 minutes later she hasn’t made the drink. Had to go to them again and finally had the drink made and it was an ice americano mind you which is probably one of the easiest drinks to make. Gave it to us with no ice in it so just a lukewarm americano. No apologies. Never coming here again.

Do not go here. Waited over 20 minutes for two drinks with three drinks in front of me. Worst macchiato ever, burnt coffee, short shots- terrible. The barista couldn’t be bothered to make coffee in any kind of timely manner while they were busy talking with other employees.
