I really like the atmosphere of this winery. It is a very lively place and the cars are often parked until they are almost full.
Highly recommend for a great atmosphere and great drinks. We enjoyed our evening on the patio next to the propane fireplace, drinking the special of the day, sharing a pizza (perfectly cooked) and listening to the live band
Had a wonderful experience here with a friend. Lovely outdoor covered patio, live music, beautiful scenery. The pizza was really delicious and so were the wines!
Everything was JUST LOVELY! Flights were mindful and delicious, the pizza was some of my favorite winery food yet, and the location was picturesque! Can't wait to go back!
Super awesome place, flew here by airplane. Winery is short walk from airport, Tessa and other services were nice and remember from a previous visit. Got French fries, and other drink. Great atmosphere and fabric shades reminiscent of ship sails.
Great place, would return again. Good so see friendly dogs and even a cat there
Posted hours on a Monday were til 6, however at 4:45 it was closed. Very disappointed.
Inquired about hosting a private event while visiting. I was given pricing of $1250-1500 depending on the number of guests plus food and drinks. After a few phone calls and emails being unanswered my partner was able to speak with the person in charge of events. We were then told it would be $50,000 because it was wedding related (getting married the next day in hood river).
Won't be returning on our future visits to hood river when there are plenty of more welcoming places to enjoy a view and some wine. ?
Always love this place. Everytime we visit uts always a peaceful time. Go sit in the grass :) Make sure you get a Pizza. Just recently my friend and I shared the Orchard Pie Pizza! You guys nailed it with that one! Paired with the Pinot Gris was amazing! Perfect wine for a hot day! Shows well with food or alone! If you are a Chardonnay drinker they do have one of the best! They also have a great bartender (I believe James) anyways he's great! ? keep up the great work here!
Some of the best wine hidden in this little winery. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating.
Always great. Good wine good food good people.

Wine and liquor is mediocre at best. Staff is rude and impatient. “Sharon” (our server - she said she had to make up a name) was very abrasive and made us feel bad for having a good time with family. Our pizza was mediocre and that’s after we asked them kindly to fix when they forgot ALL the cheese on the pizza. She rolled her eyes and brought it back to the kitchen. Sorry your kitchen made it incorrectly the first time? I shouldn’t be made to feel horrible because I ask for my food to be made correctly. We also ordered a strawberry Margarita to try a “distillery” option. It came as just strawberry purée on ice. I had to add tequila I had in my car (lol) because it tasted like nothing.Would recommend checking out elsewhere if you want decent service and decent food.
Pizza wasn't worth the money
Good food and wine. Terrible service. Not a place for large groups and kids. Mixed up 4 different tables of orders (they used table numbers, names, and took credit cards at the beginning) causing to serve gluten allergy table regular pizza. Did not care at all about the mistakes. Caused an extra hour of recreating orders after considerable complaints. Gratuity was included for our 4 person table despite no info on the menu. Executive chef/manager had the same terrible customer service despite our concerns about poisoning our table and other bad service. Really a cute place, the service ruined our day and had to end our trip early because of the allergy attack because of severe negligence. Refused our requests to even take it off the bill. And we paid extra for gluten free.
We were drawn in by the ‘wood fired pizza’ sign and had high expectations as we were hungry. The topping was great but the base was thin and dry and tasted like it had come out of a packet. The topping sat on the base rather than melded into it. Nice atmosphere and great patio area with tons of shade.
Cory was phenomenal for our bridal party wine tasting! A great place for a casual or celebratory party
