It was only a 5 minute walk from our Hotel and while they close at 2100 and we showed up at 2015, they still let us order a full dinner. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and well prepared, and the portions were generous. All five of us enjoyed everything.
Ixtapa Mexican Restaurant offers delicious, authentic Mexican dishes with generous portions. The flavors are rich and the staff is friendly and attentive. A great spot for satisfying cravings for Mexican cuisine!
Traveling thru the area - decided on Ixtapa for my 73rd BD celebration.
The veggie burritos were disappointing - while they look big on the plate due to all the lettuce - they didn't have much substance & were flavorless - thank goodness for their salsa. Description said "pan seared mushrooms" - that's a stretch! And the couple I had looked & tasted like canned - not fresh. Maybe a tablespoon of rice in the whole burrito.
