Some assembly required. We went through the drive through before burgers were available. Being a person that is not big on biscuts, I asked if I could get a sausage patty on a hamburger bun. They granted my request and I asked for catsup and mustard on the sandwich. They were even kind enough to toast the bun on the grill. When I opened the sack I found two buns with nothing in them or on them. There was another small box containing the sausage patties. No catsup or mustard in the sack. Sometimes you shake your head and laugh.

I stood waiting for quite some time for someone to take my order. Finally, someone came out ushered me over to the kiosk where I was supposed to place my own order, which is just ridiculous. This McDonald's food has just went downhill. As far as quality and quantity, there are prices have just skyrocketed. And now you want me to place my own order at a kiosk. How frickin' impersonal?And what kind of service is that? I chose to Dineout and take my food to go because if I just stayed. There were so many buzzers and bell's going off behind the counter with their alarms, and no one did anything about them.Constant beep beep beep beep beep beep beep the whole time I stood there, waiting for my food. It would have drilled me mad crazy if I would have ate in that building.

We were missing two burgers from our order and no receipt to get our money or food back. When we pulled up to the drive through it was a bunch of kids chatting it up not doing their jobs. Horrible service. Do not recommend.

There was no one at the counter to take orders. They were making everyone use the kiosk ordering stations. I will continue to always go to the one by Safeway just down the road. No where for kids to play.

If I could give zero, I would! The absolute worst service I’ve received. We were handed our bag, while the employees back was to us, just his arm out the window and not a word spoken or even an acknowledgment of any kind. You’d think that was bad enough, but NO- we get our two “plain” McDoubles with no ketchup and extra pickles. Not even close to what we ordered. It’s sad, because they don’t care and nothing will come of this. It’s ridiculous that this is now the standard we are expected to spend our money on.
Whoever is training and hiring there isn't doing their job well. Young girl who took our order could not do basic math with a computer in front of her. Could not tell me my total or what my order is. Forget all the common niceties that go with a customer service job. It appeared, she couldn't speak English. I'm not blaming her. It's management's responsibility.

They do not seem to be waiting on customers who dine in, meaning they strongly discourage you from ordering at the counter. I may be old fashioned but I am used to receiving customer service from those who work in a customer service profession. Hence, one star for service.
I give three stars for the food. It’s a McDonald’s. Pretty much what you would expect. Predictably ok.
Still, I feel the overall lack of service from an establishment I already don’t like but the rest of the family does justifies an overall two stars

I went through the drive through on my way home from work. I ordered using the mobile app. I ordered a 40 piece chicken McNuggets along with 6 dipping sauces. When I drove 20 miles all the way home from Hood River to Cascade Locks, I realized that I didn’t get any of the dipping sauces. When I called to complain, they had the nerve to ask me if I could drive back and pick them up.
