Can't get an order right even when it is specified. Exactly what you want. When somebody orders a steak bagel, but minus the steak because they don't eat meat because they wanted the grilled onions still on it. I don't understand why they never put The Onion. I'm the bagel when you minus the meat. If I didn't want the onions too I would have not even ordered the steak bagel or I would have also said minus onions

Some assembly required. We went through the drive through before burgers were available. Being a person that is not big on biscuts, I asked if I could get a sausage patty on a hamburger bun. They granted my request and I asked for catsup and mustard on the sandwich. They were even kind enough to toast the bun on the grill. When I opened the sack I found two buns with nothing in them or on them. There was another small box containing the sausage patties. No catsup or mustard in the sack. Sometimes you shake your head and laugh.

I stood waiting for quite some time for someone to take my order. Finally, someone came out ushered me over to the kiosk where I was supposed to place my own order, which is just ridiculous. This McDonald's food has just went downhill. As far as quality and quantity, there are prices have just skyrocketed. And now you want me to place my own order at a kiosk. How frickin' impersonal?And what kind of service is that? I chose to Dineout and take my food to go because if I just stayed. There were so many buzzers and bell's going off behind the counter with their alarms, and no one did anything about them.Constant beep beep beep beep beep beep beep the whole time I stood there, waiting for my food. It would have drilled me mad crazy if I would have ate in that building.

We were missing two burgers from our order and no receipt to get our money or food back. When we pulled up to the drive through it was a bunch of kids chatting it up not doing their jobs. Horrible service. Do not recommend.
McDonalds Iced coffee for .99 with app can’t be beat (when the app works correctly)

There was no one at the counter to take orders. They were making everyone use the kiosk ordering stations. I will continue to always go to the one by Safeway just down the road. No where for kids to play.
