Worst service ever. Sat for almost a half hour waiting for food inside. Asked manager and wa told it would be awhile they were short people. 5 employees stepping over each other, some slow as a snail. Had to ask for what part of our order was done. They finally brought out our food and most of it was cold sitting waiting on a double cheeseburger and chicken sandwich off the discount menu after 40 minutes, then had to go back and bug them to get a milkshake and mcflurry that was spart of the order. Had ot dela with 3 different employees ot get our full order. Saw other customers having the same issue, some also with kids melting down. People couldnt wait to get their food and leave. Ridiculous will never go to that location again.

I was in the drive through and had a low blood sugar episode and couldn’t think or see and a employee came out because she recognized my symptoms and I feel that was above and beyond and she was very kind. She works in Hood River.

Can't get an order right even when it is specified. Exactly what you want. When somebody orders a steak bagel, but minus the steak because they don't eat meat because they wanted the grilled onions still on it. I don't understand why they never put The Onion. I'm the bagel when you minus the meat. If I didn't want the onions too I would have not even ordered the steak bagel or I would have also said minus onions
