I got a Big Mac meal and it was absolutely horrible. Bun was burnt. Burger was dry and had black bits on it. Restaurant was filthy. Employees were standing around visiting instead of sweeping or picking stuff up. Play place was gross. Sticky mess all over the floor and garbage on the tables. Management needs to step up and make these people work. Serving food is not the only job they should be doing especially when the restaurant is trashed. I have to say this McDonald’s is the worst one I’ve ever been to.

I’m surprised I’m leaving a review for McDonalds drive thru. But the food came out quick, the workers were pleasant and friendly. Then the food…. Oh my goodness…it was all hot and fresh and so good. We have been here many times, but this time was amazing

This McDonalds has lots of parking because it shares parking with a Safeway and Rite Aid in a strip mall situation, which is perfect because I drive a 40’ bus conversion! My wife and I ordered on the app, as we always do, and by the time we walked in to the restaurant we only had to wait a couple of minutes for our order! We both ordered a four piece McCrispy Strips along with our meals. My wife liked them and would order them again…however I thought they were only ok, and would not order them again! If I want chicken from McDonalds I will stick with Chicken Nuggets! My wife also ordered a Big Mac meal which was good all the way around! I ordered the Double Quarter Pounder meal with extra ketchup, extra mustard, and extra slivered onions, and was extremely impressed! EXACTLY AS I ORDERED! Service was friendly…food was McDonalds! Overall the McCrispy strips in my opinion are a waste of money, and everything else was above par!

Service was poor, the young lady at the counter was moody and kept asking if I was ready to order with a pushy tone. After I was ready seemed unwilling to take my order and continued to be rude asking if that was everything. I said thank you and waited for my order. After I got my order the fries were undercooked and not salted. Thanks for the food will consider the other McDonald’s down the road next time.

All the sudden a young woman worker says they don't sell the toys separately and slammed the window in my face. She was very rude and said they've never sold the toys separately which is an absolute lie. I have always bought the toys individually. I will not support the cascade avenue store any longer.
