We were visiting from out of town and ramen sounded the perfect dinner to an active day in the Gorge. The ordering and pickup were seamless with easy online ordering and friendly staff. The food was nicely packaged with clear instructions on how to prepare the perfect bowl of ramen in the comfort of your home - complete with a tip to heat up your bowl prior to filling it with broth. We also ordered a steamed bun to devour immediately, which we did - I had the sweet potato and my husband had the pork. Both were excellent, the pickles were especially amazing and the sauce had the perfect amount of spice. We followed the instructions closely and were extremely satisfied with our at-home ramen kit. This was a seriously high quality bowl of ramen. The broth (Shoyu) was so aromatic and wonderfully rich, the meat of high quality, the eggs perfectly cooked and with super fresh noodles this bowl of ramen is one of the best I've had. Pro tip, get the mushrooms as an add on! I'll definitely be back!
