I discovered this coffee when I got an excellent latte at White Salmon Baking Co. in White Salmon WA. They sell bags of a blend called Baker’s Blend at the counter in the bakery. Really happy about this because I can make excellent espresso at home with this blend and I don’t have to drive over to one of the Hood River retail outlet coffee roasters to get fresh beans

We purchase Pacific Rim "Cornerstone" organic coffee. This local roast is a perfect match for our espresso equipment. The coffee is excellent, which matches their superb customer service.

Stopped by but the roaster was closed. Picked up some whole beans from the Doppio coffee shop on Oak street. Have yet to try, but their Tanzanian Peaberry smells delicious.
