We needed a quick bite after a day of riding at Syncline, and boy, are we glad Pesco was around. The chef's pistachio pesto pasta, beef ragu, and focaccia left us speechless. Perfect balanced flavor and texture with every dish. No notes. Scarfed it so fast that I forgot to snap a photo. I did get one of the VERY generous local dog treat that the chef spoiled our pup with. She even snuck in a little appetizer for him with our meal. We will most definitely be back when we are in the area looking for incredibly delicious food from a dog-friendly cart!

I ordered the Carbonade Valdostana (Braised Beef Ragu) with the pasta upgrade, and it was fantastic. The beef was incredibly tender—fall-apart, juicy, and packed with flavor. The sauce was rich and delicious. The noodles were perfectly al dente, and the portion size was generous.
The cook was also super kind, knowledgeable, and quick. I had a such great experience - I’ll 100% be back!

So so good. Take the detour to stop here and bring the foot to a park nearby. There’s also a small grocery near by if you want to grab a drink. She does seasonal menu changes from what I can tell. The current menu is so good. Some really hard to execute items which were incredible. Grazie mile!

I could tell it was very high quality ingredients! I wish I could give this 4.5 stars as maybe it is just not my flavor profile. The dishes seemed to lack acid, pepper, garlic and/or flavor. The dishes I tried all seem very well crafted, just not as enticing and layered as I had hoped. Regardless, the owner seems very caring and committed to her work and I wish her continued success!

THIS IS A FOOD TRUCK!! But you will not get disappointed!! The owner said that people come by and expect a restaurant so I just wanted to make that clear. We went there randomly because we went apple picking in Hood River and had our son so we didn’t want a sit down restaurant just in case of a meltdown (iykyk). So we found this place and WOW it is incredible! Such good food, probably one of the best stateside I’ve had outside of Italy, and I’m being serious! The food was perfect, the flavor was amazing and you can tell they really love making their food. And that’s what makes Italian food so good, the love that’s poured into it ❤️. Give this spot a go on your next trip out there, there’s a small market and salmon stand in the same parking lot too. Support local!!
