This was some of the best pasta I have ever eaten (and I have had a lot). It is truly a gem. Reasonably priced, large portions, and Ms Pesco was lovely — explaining everything to my wife and me. I couldn’t believe all the great reviews … but they are completely justified. Don’t pass this place by.

This place was very good. The owner is very nice, and even asked us if we wanted our appetizer while we waited for our main dishes. Quick service and very reasonable prices for the quality of food. We took it down to the river to watch the wind surfers with some wine. We had Pampanella, Pasta al Sugo di Ventricina, and Sagne e Fagioli. I would absolutely eat here again.

I just tried this Italian pasta food truck and I’m honestly blown away! The flavors were rich, authentic, and perfectly balanced — you can really taste the love and quality in every bite. Wow. I can say I was NOT expecting such authentic food from a pop up. I live an hour away and will be making the commute back just for the focaccia alone👌Also, what a sweet and genuine person! You know you come across some people in life who just have a bright and beautiful soul? Yeah, that’s her. I think the rotating menu is super awesome and keeps people coming back for new meals.
