So delicious! I really want to have this restaurant where I live. The pasta with pistachio pesto was the best! It's the best food I've encountered in Portland.

GREAT food.I can't pronounce most of the menu items, and with the menu changes, I can't remember what I ordered previously... but it never matters. Whatever i get is delicious every time. I've been here about 7 times now, and I have been impressed with each and every visit by this consistently fantastic food.

Wow! This chef knows her craft. The pasta reminded me of a journey to Sardinia, Italy. The sauces were rich in flavor, yet balanced, provided in generous and just the right amount, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. The chef used sustainable packaging (except plastic forks) and one could see so much care in giving a pleasant appearance and ensuring the taste of her art. Thank you to the chef, you deserve a Michelin rating!! If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to spot for a fine yet affordable dinner, much better than a restaurant alternative.Kid-friendliness: Kids would love this. Buy a couple of things on the menu and share for extra fun :-)

We were driving through the area and just stopped to grab a bite to eat and were lucky enough to stumble across this food cart! The wonderful owner let us know that the menu rotates through different regions. The menu we got to try was Sicily, and it was delicious! I got the Pasta con Pesto di Pistacchio, and my partner got the Pasta Alla Norma (which he loved) as well as the focaccia (which was nice and thick)! I highly recommend stopping by for a bite to eat, and if you can, drive the 6 minutes to The Spit Park for beautiful views!Vegetarian options: The menu rotates, but when I went almost all of the options were vegetarian.Parking: Gravel parking.

The boss was very enthusiastic and lively. This time he just said that the menu was going to be changed, so most of the items were gone.Ordered a white sauce type pen tube noodles. I'm not sure what the Italian characteristics are, but it has a strong garlic and cheese flavor. The dough part is very textured and chewy but doesn't feel hard or too chewy. It's hard to describe. Overall, I really like it.

What fantastic food. I’ve gotten dinner a few times from this gem of a truck and I’m always wowed by the caliber of what she creates. The gnudi are amazing creations in a bright and lovely sauce and the delicious Porchetta sandwich is served in great focaccia. The pastas are next level. Portions are big enough to share a little but you’ll want one dish for each person to avoid any awkward tug of war over the delicious last bites.

Really delicious food. Perfectly seasoned. Quick and fresh. The Gnudi was great (with some focaccia the sop up the sauce). Flavorful soup.

This is the most authentic Italian food I've ever had. I ate at this food cart with my partner and decided we had to bring our friend here who knows how real Italian food tastes as he visited Italy during a European tour. She keeps her menu small so she can do her best work on each dish and I can tell she puts a lot of care into what she does. On the menu are 2-3 entrees and 1-2 desserts. Don't worry about what you pick as each thing is incredible. The proprietor changes her menu from time to time so be sure to come back so you don't miss any of her fantastic culunary delights!

My wife & I tried the Italian food cart Pesco. We both had the Pasta Alla Valdostana to go after being offered to try the fontina cream sauce (presumably the owner). It did not disappoint! We added the focaccia which was also excellent. Will definitely be returning often & spreading the word to my foodie friends.

Absolutely fabulous food. The duck ragu and chickpea pasta were amazing. Highly recommend. Hard to find near Tum-a-lum, yet easily worth the effort. The owners are really nice as well.

Amazing pasta from a food truck! We had the duck pasta, the savory fry bread and the layered pasta. Everything was seriously amazing...the pasta was perfectly cooked. I loved the creamy béchamel in the layered pasta with a hint of nutmeg....it was comfort food done to perfection.

Everything was delicious! The Vincisgrassi had so many layers. The Gnudi were the tastiest bites. And of course her Tiramisu was to die for. Definitely can see how these items made it onto the "Best of" Menu.
