They used to be amazing but my last 3 visits have been consecutively bad and it'll be a long time until I consider going back. food is lower quality and quantity. my daughter cut her hand open on the booth and the floors are all sticky its kind if gross inside.

Above average but not epic. Definitely a step above fast food. Ordered a mushroom ? and Swiss Cheese ? was surprised it was very dry.Would definitely go back. Above average is ok in this world ??

Best burger I’ve had in Oregon since I moved here a year ago. There sometimes is a wait but well worth it. Try the fresh strawberry shake and one of the juicy burgers!!

Three breakfast sandwiches with black bacon. So burnt. So bad.Three orders of kids pancakes and scrambled eggs that were more like chopped fried eggs and brown from a dirty flat top I am assuming. Inedible.Even the self serve coffee was bad and burnt and old at 930am.The guy at the counter was overwhelmed, rude and sweating so profusely.He was slamming dishes in a bin so loudly we jumped.Awful experience. Awful.

I've been going to The Ranch since I was a kid. The food is what you might expect and as described on their menu. Basically good tasty diner food, for the most part.Historically, pricing has always felt odd. They have several specialized burgers or other options that feel relatively expensive, being 25% to 50% above similar food at other places. But they have also historically also had a few options that were a very good deal... Their breakfast special and baby burgers previously were priced 25% to 50% less than other local equivalents.Currently, in our near post covid world, things are not as good. The specials are now priced much closer to the rest of the menu options. So as far as dropping in for a quick inexpensive meal, the ranch no longer competes as well.That would be okay, as they do offer something different. But there have been other small changes that are unfortunate. They no longer have real half-and-half for the coffee, for example. It's a small thing, but significantly detracted from a recent breakfast.It's hard to tell how much of this is related to the struggle with covid. I'm not criticizing them for pulling condiments off the table, as I assume that is a covid thing. Though that also detracts from the meal. In any event, I'm sure I will try them again in a few months and see if things have improved. But for now, the combination of higher prices and reduced enjoyment mean I will be taking a pause.
Service was slow and food was overpriced and very bland. We didn’t even bother bringing it back. Just threw a whole $35 order away

Good Food, bad policies. People refuse to eat at this place as long as they require unmasked people to show private medical information (vaccine cards). They are playing patsy for the state. This is nothing short of Communist behavior! Refuse to play along. If you folks don't start standing up for you rights, you will lose them!
