Disclaimer: I am on vacation and I decided to bring one beer with me, along with my family, to Starbucks. I was absolutely not thinking and didn’t realize I would actually be breaking a law and multiple policies. This is my fault, I apologize, and take ownership of this mistake. After asked, I left the premises promptly out of respect for your business and customers.

However, after I was asked to leave by a berating liberal woman, claiming I couldn’t have alcohol in the building, my family witnessed her also berate her fellow employees for not putting up the outdoor umbrella earlier, and proceeded to do it herself. Now I ask you, lady, do you think anyone is going to utilize that outdoor patio umbrella when it’s about 40 degrees outside for a high that day? I don’t think so. You, presumably the manager on shift at approximately 0900 on Monday 01/26/26, decided to berate a customer and employees about policies, that quite frankly, are not that important for public safety.

Now, assuming you, the person who berated me and your subordinates, get to read this review, I’d like to tell you that you need to jump off of your high horse because your job is pouring coffee and your existence is exactly what it is, and not what you dream it to be. Stop berating people and be humble for once in your life, and you may get along with others.

Good day.

Bummer vibes from this location. The last couple times I've driven thru hoodriver it feels like a middle school party in there. I'll have to start holding out for the Dalles :(

Gave this Starbucks a shot, ordered a hazelnut latte, it was disgusting and cost $7. I order the same thing at Dutch Bros typically and it tastes much better and is only $5.

Usually stop at Starbucks for a great coffee and vibe but didn’t find that here, bathrooms were nasty and definitely need renovating/ more often cleaning. Seating super crammed and feels like a public bus. McDonald’s next door had a better vibe to grab coffee and get some work done. ☕️

Got one lce mocha rwo chocolate chip cookies on hot day on long drive so was very good. Wish they had more different flavor options but I don't drop in much more than 3 times in year all expresso places are expensive to use often.
