Absolutely love this Starbucks! The matcha drinks are always perfectly made—smooth, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. It’s my go-to every time! The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. They’re quick, efficient, and always greet you with a smile. Highly recommend this location for both the drinks and the amazing service. 5 stars all the way!

My husband and I are long time Starbucks Coffee customers, but we wanted to address this particular location. Every weekend, we go skiing and on our way we love to grab a Starbucks on the way up the mountain. However, we are always surprised by how rude the customer service is at the Hood River location. For example, long sighs and rolled eyes if we request a drink modification or snarky comments if we ask a question about the menu. It’s come to a point where we almost just want to skip our visit altogether so we don’t have an unpleasant interaction. I also noticed that they have a difficult time keeping this location clean so instead of enjoying our coffee in the store we just take it to go.

The drip coffee was tepid. The loud microaggessive blonde manager - wow. I’m just so thankful I don’t have to work with this person.
I'm a doordasher. They are usually prompt with their dashes. Order consistency is good. Clean. It's a Starbucks.

Very rude and if you come an hour and a half before they close they don't want to serve you. They complained the whole time making my coffee and they gave it to me with almost half of it missing. People at this Starbucks are rude
