Came in for a to-go order. The barista was nice but short on conversation, just took my order and got started. I ordered a matcha latte, which in taste, was good…BUT it was SCORCHING hot !!! Not a typical latte at all! Was not happy but everything else was great in the coffee shop so a solid 4/5 stars

I've been here twice and both times had the same impression. The coffee is good, the atmosphere is meh, and the service is pitiful. No greeting, no smiles, no pleasantries, and no name asked for so you know its your order. Yes, they make your coffee and say the type when they set it down on the counter but THATS IT. Its like two zombies working behind the counter but with less facial expressions. Once, I asked a question to make sure it was my coffee that was ready and got a barely audible one-word answer that didn't really help me. The name of the shop is the complete opposite of the vibe for both customer and employee. Tasty coffee, lackluster everything else.

The coffee was utterly molten and undrinkable. Like, McDonald's coffee lawsuit hot. Unfortunate, because whoever runs the roaster really knows his business. What flavor I managed to sense before I cauterised the taste buds on the tip of my tongue was among the best I've ever had. But that aside, the milk in my latte has also split and burned. I've never helped over a cup of coffee, but I truly was not expecting that much pain. Turn down the boiler to an acceptable level and for I'd your baristas from ever using it. It could have been test coffee, but I'll never know. It was just as blazing hot and bad as stale Mormon coffee.
