I’ve never had a subway put cheese down first then meat, definitely made toasting it pointless since all it did was cook the meat and the cheese was cold underneath. Also, this location/ this specific worker put sauces first then veggies, feels like these workers just need retained. It’s better when all subway workers do things correctly and the same

The door says open until 9:00 We were told the lobby was closed (it was 6pm) That we had to eat in our car. They said they were closing at 6:30 but there was not signage to announce the change in hours We’d been on the road 4 hours and couldn’t use a table in the restaurant! Sad, I won’t stop again

Every time I come in here ive had nothing but rude costumer services and the place is always dirty. Also the lady didn't even ask what kind of bread I wanted just grabbed what ever was in the oven and started making my sandwich. I will be calling corporate because clearly the owner doesn't care about there customers here at this store.

I don't write reviews..... But, I cannot believe how rude the gal that took my order was. Come to find out, she is the manager! I will never go back. My sandwich was fine, but not worth how poorly I was treated.

Online states they open at 8am. Currently 8:10am lights off and while in the parking lot an employee walks in with a baby seat. Lights turn on at 8:17am but doors are still locked. Based on other reviews it appears this isn’t the first time and employees open when they feel like it. 8:20am another employee walks in the back with a baby! Is this poor baby expected to be at work?

Well ordered online, arrived & employee getting trained was mortified in front of customer ordering at counter & myself waiting to be acknowledged?? Several employees involved instead of taking care of customers? Once I stepped closer young lady involved asked r you waiting on something?? Supper sad!! & you want to retain employees?? So wrong!!😢

Really didn’t get a lot of meat on our sandwhiches. Soda machine was down, but the cashier said there was at least lemonade. No. It was water only so I wasted $3+. When we cashed out, she left while I was putting my card in. Never came back to say we were good, we had to reach back behind the clear glass to grab our sandwhiches. And then 180 miles down the road my husband finds a nice, long, brown hair in his sandwich that didn’t belong to either of us. Needless to say we won’t be going back.
Really horrible service. In general. They only had lemonade left on their fountain drinks and my wife said that was fine. We went over there and they had none. Just water. We said something to them and they said that they couldn't do anything. Then as I am driving down the road I fin a massive black hair in it. Not my wife's hair color or shape. She does not have long frizzy hair. Do not go back. We will not. It is pathetic when you will go to mcdonalds from now on because the store was so bad. Oh let's not forget the two clogged toilets and Miller light just in the parking lot. There was 3 people working with 4 people in the store. Be better people.

Online it says they open at 8. It was 0955 and she wouldn’t let us in to use the restroom. Young woman said they usually are open at 8am but not today due to being short on bread and had to come in to make the bread. Maybe this should be considered in the future and act accordingly. I don’t understand why they couldn’t open the doors to let us use the restroom before we could order our sandwiches. This is a pass through town with a lot of people coming in from all over. They should have been more accommodating and should be in the future. At least be open by the time it says online and over the phone.
