Online it says they open at 8. It was 0955 and she wouldn’t let us in to use the restroom. Young woman said they usually are open at 8am but not today due to being short on bread and had to come in to make the bread. Maybe this should be considered in the future and act accordingly. I don’t understand why they couldn’t open the doors to let us use the restroom before we could order our sandwiches. This is a pass through town with a lot of people coming in from all over. They should have been more accommodating and should be in the future. At least be open by the time it says online and over the phone.

Got a sandwich and some roll ups at this store but hardly had any produce/product on it. I’m shocked cause I haven’t had subway in a while and last I did they actually put the product worth the price, now they scheming on this crap. No wonder New York City sub does better cause they know how to fill a sub and worth the price to pay for. Learn how to get better with making an actual sandwich instead of just bread. Also I know that for sure the pictures on your building advertising an actual good looking sandwiches or roll ups actually filled with product but if your not holding up your business than that is false advertising as a business.

At 2 p.m., my family went in to order four sandwiches and heard that the employee working was unprofessional. The male employee added the wrong meats to two sandwiches and tried to gaslight the person ordering. He claimed she ordered turkey and pepperoni when she ordered ham and pepperoni, then blamed her for not noticing his mistake. Another note: The elderly female employee was the only one who actually listened to her, remade the sandwiches, and apologized by giving free cookies.

Got a sandwich. Foot long barely had any meat to it. Asked for extra meat found out that. When you ask for extra meat, you actually get the meat that you originally were supposed to have. It's not actually extra meat because they're trying to cut costs. Not worth the money and not worth dealing with the staff. That are rude.

The app changed my store pickup from the dalles to the hood river location for some reason (not the stores fault) but I immediately tried to contact the store to get it figured out...NO ONE picked up the phone, all 11 times I tried calling. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional to say the least.
(Not all) Nasty employees that don't follow cleanliness protocol. There's a reason it has been closed down before for health reasons.
