I understand that it’s not easy to work at a fast food restaurant but lately this specific Taco Bell has not been meeting my very low bar. They have consistently messed up or left things out of my order the past five times I’ve eaten here. I have wasted so much money at this establishment on food I never received it’s getting kind of ridiculous. Also, the staff they’ve had take my order at the drive through has sounded annoyed or generally unfriendly the last couple times I’ve come through. Look, I get it, I’ve worked more than my fair share of customer service jobs. It sucks sometimes, but I think it’s important to at least try to have a good attitude with your customers and maybe double check your orders before handing them off

Employees decided to mess around and not focus on the customers at hand and multiple times kept hanging out with their friends.I came to visit. What's sitting there for twenty minutes before I was told to pull around, let's not give but an update on my food. Overall very poor customer service

Kiosk are filthy, placed an order for 5 people, send like there were only 3 people working. Saw 2 people that were there before us and they waited like 30 minutes at least before someone noticed and they were paying cash. Then 2 more girls came in and they waited at least 10 minutes to pay cash. Restrooms had no toilet paper. Kitchen, prep area looked dirty and lacked room to move around. Just simply no customer service at all. Enter at your own risk.

Poor staff was short staffed and had a huge number of mobile orders. Despite this, they addressed me promptly and got my food to me relatively quick.
Stood at the counter getting ignored for 5 minutes on my lunch break, some Spanish speakers came in and got immediately served after getting the ladies attention. Needless to say I just left. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
