The Sixth Street Bistro & Pub

We sat outside on a warm Saturday in August and it was very beautiful. The server was attentive and kind. We sampled gluten free beers, cheeseburger and salmon burger with gluten free bun. Amazing food and such a good time! We will definitely return.

I appreciated the covered outdoor seating patio, especially due to it being dog friendly. My burger was a little dry. Maybe i should've chosen something else. Fries were great though.

Super nice staff!! Very dog and kid friendly, yet still so quaint and romantic. I loved that I could order Pad Thai, while my hubby had a nice burger. Stiff Lemon Drop!! Worthy meal on our first night of vacation. The staff made all the difference

Such a quaint and cozy place to eat. We were passing through and found The Sixth Street Bistro & Pub. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the restaurant was awesome! We had the clam chowder, chips & salsa, ribeye steak, fish & chips, Chipotle honey chicken sandwich, and the salmon burger. All were hit with our family. French fries were fresh and crispy. I would highly recommend stopping by and trying the food.

Stopped here for lunch with our dogs and enjoyed their patio with nice landscaping. Really enjoyed our food and the service was great. We will be back next time we are in town!

Wonderful place! So good we ate all our meals at the 6th Street Bistro when visiting Hood River. Chris at the front desk is welcoming and friendly. Our first meal was Mongolian Beef, a special recommended by our server Kimberly. We also enjoyed the Oregon berry cobbler A La mode! Wow! We stopped in for lunch the next day and our server Chris kept the delicious coffee flowing. We shared the satay starter and chicken pad Thai. We will make this restaurant a destination in the future.

Service and ambiance was great. That said, we had 6 entrees and none of them were up to par. The salmon was fishy. The burgers were very dry. The pad thai tasted like barnyard. Fries were good. If this place can gear up their good quality, it is a perfect little hidden gem. A couple of us ended up feeling a tad sick after our meals.
