Maybe they were having an off night but 2 hours from start to finish. An hour and a half to get our mains after ordering. Felt very ignored. Food was ok ish. Steak was ok. The baked potato was kind of nasty, who the hell melts cheese over the top of sour cream? It seemed like it had sat on the warmer for a long time. Couldn't even get our orders right, and didn't seem to care that they didn't. Automatic gratuity for 5 or more seems a little excessive, so that's all they got....read full review
