Always enjoy stopping at Brew Coffee when in Independence. The Trolley Bus stops right out front now too so it's easy to hop on for a ride into Monmouth or anywhere along the bus route

Place was empty on a Saturday night which was nice. I got coffee and my date was pounding Corona which is a huge red flag. Service was great though.

We like going there for the pizza's and the occasional ice cream! The staff are always very nice and its near the park which is convenient!

Beautiful, well decorated establishment right by the park. Owner Mitch was gracious and served us after hours. Prices were very reasonable and our ice cream and pizza were delicious. 10/10, will definitely try to go back.

I’m admittedly a bit of a coffee snob and am sorry to say that their coffee won’t bring me back again. It tasted a little of chlorine (maybe the water?) and the milk was scalded. But the service was super warm and friendly and the space is cute. I wanted to enjoy the patio on a sunny day but was driven away by the incredibly loud radio blasted ads periodically.

The pastries are to die for. The quiche is amazing. The service is great!
