The food here is always amazing. It is easily my favorite Thai restaurant around in the Polk County area. The waiter that served us though was very strange and rude. When he took our order, my dad told him that we also wanted an appetizer of the lettuce wraps in addition to our entrees we were all having. I LOVE Silk Thai. Do not sleep on this place bc the food is fantastic. Everything - from taste, texture, freshness and choices. I haven't ordered one thing yet that I did not enjoy. The ambiance is peaceful, simple, clean. Service is great. The owner always seems to be working and she's very attentive to everyone in her care. It's located right on main street amongst the cute shops and local shops. Great for dining alone, with another or a group.

Good food and take out experience via online ordering and payment. Lady who seems to be in charge and or the owner too stern, not warm, welcoming and nor acting grateful for your patronage.Parking: Hit and miss on the weekends.
