I don't know if it was bad timing and food wasn't fresh. However, absolutely disgusting. It tasted old/bad and like it sat forever and still served it up. First time at this location NEVER coming back. Regardless if they respond back to this or not. Sorry guys, but tonight wasn't it, horrible

We pull up to Panda Express in Lagrande Oregon at 7:20pm, online it says they close at 10pm. The doors are locked, workers are inside serving food, but don’t even look up. We try both sets of doors. STILL no one comes to the doors, no one even considers coming to tell us why they are closed. We are trying to figure it out why they are closed, we see bubbles on the floor & maybe they are cleaning the floor but there are no signs stating any type of hours change or any information about why the dinner room would be closed but drive through is open. We won’t use the drive through, we don’t want to eat in the car. This is very unprofessional of this business.

Not consistent. Portion sizes seem to change and employees are either very helpful/friendly or barely acknowledge or make eye contact. Make 1/2 the order and have it sit and wait while they cook more food

Went through drive through at 810, sign taped to drive through says they close at 830 and was told they are closed Questioned the sign saying their close time, was told the drive through closes at 8, ok so I can come in and get food. No were closed...
